Great tourism area for people as previously planned by the council to be the main place of tourism to stop human impact ruining the further sprawl. We love the potential this place has for the future 😁 Melissa Philp

The building and design is fantastic, relaxing charm, had a clear vision when built and built to last. The resort was the place to be back in the day. Childhood memories are fond. Although not the same still has potential if a clear vision for the future is properly planned and executed. Will always endorse staying here as it was meant to be the area for tourists once decided by governments to stop human footprints further out being destroyed. As businesses grow surrounding the resort and hopefully with a clear ambition, this property can once again become a popular tourist destination as it once was, which also helps surrounding areas not being invaded and destroyed by tourism, it was always meant to start and stop with Kooralbyn being the focus of tourism on the map. The potential is still there just waiting. The children and I love the place still though and the country peace and quiet, charm still has attraction just a cool swimming area for the heat would help.

The pub was nice spot, lots of free things to do and the kiddies will love the putt putt and lawn bowls available to do there. Good food at the pub and can easily walk or drive around the property no worries :) Would be nice in summer time to enjoy the nice pool area too.

The best part of the stay was the view over the golf course, the restaurant downstairs was closed so we went to the pub next door, meal was good. The downside of the resort was the car park, it had no cover over it and the sap out of the trees dripped over my car, the shower bath had no pressure, one night we had no hot water, the balcony had Mould everywhere and the paintwork needs a fresh coat. The girls in the reception were very friendly, the barman in the pro shop was also very friendly, nice place for a walk

Location is nice and facilities good but had obviously suffered from heavy rain. The ceiling had poorly fitting bits of board over obvious rain damage with black mould coming out. There were weird staligtites from veranda roof with water dripping down. The outdoor furniture was rusted, mouldy and falling apart, the verandah floor was covered in mould and the paint was peeling. The water was too cold for a bath or shower after a cold night, we had to use the kettle.

If your kids love animals, then this is the perfect stay. My teenager was happily off the devices for the whole stay running around and playing with the dogs and feeding the farm animals. The hosts are very friendly and the accomadation exceptionally clean .
