We had way higher expectations of the hotel given the price we paid. The breakfast was way too crowded, at 22.00 you couldn’t get dinner at any of the hotel restaurants (being it Spain and summer holidays this is not usual). The only decent food we had at the beach Restaurant, the Italian restaurant was hard to book and food was disappointment.. the room comfort was just ok, again not responding the price (750 euros a night without food). The main and only plus was the location and proximity to the beach.

It's a great little pretty resort set in pine forests in a cove with a marvelous beach. There a limited number of restaurants and the two bars that aren't on the complex are very basic and unattractive. It's very popular with locals at the weekend and the beach gets rather crowded.

Great place for kids but the hotel needs an update on every level. Staff not friendly, long waiting times at the reception. At the restaurant waiters mixed up orders or missed them, every day something happened. Food was basic but I really appreciated the freshly made smoothies at the breakfast.

The resort is family friendly and offers various types of entertainment. The location is nice and the beach in close proximity makes it easy to enjoy the sea and outdoors.
Unfortunately the commercial focus on a high amount of people takes away from the 4 star experience , especially when having breakfast or dinner we felt overwhelmed by the amount of people.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel itself has plenty of amenities to keep you entertained such as variety of swimming pools, massage and sauna, different performers (singers, acrobats, etc) each night at the pool side bar, and trails for trekking. The hotel is family friendly as they have activities for children and has designated pool and play areas for them. There are also indoor swimming pool and spa, as well as jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. The restaurants in the hotel serves delicious food. The paella in Mirablau is a must try. Hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help you with anything. Hotel Cala Mesquida is quite a journey from the airport, so, I would recommend travellers to bring their own car or rent a car.

Everything was great!
Everything was great! Food was delicious, you can found vegan and vegetarian options. And for kids food is so delicious. My 8 year old daughter loved it. The apartment was renovated and fresh new. Apartment with sea view is gorgeous. Will come back next year.
I normally don't book all-inclusive resorts but this was excellent. The buffet was the best resort buffet I've experienced. We went three times in the same day 🤣. Our group likes to eat lots of vegetables and this is the best salad bar we've found in Spain. They also had plenty of gluten-free and high protein options if that's in your crew. I really loved the layout of our 1-bedroom apartment because it allowed a group to have time together and enough space to work apart. Wifi was wicked fast (especially in the off hours).
What a wonderful hotel, friendly, welcoming and professional staff and superb entertainment for adults and children alike! The entertainment team kept our 3 children (7,5,4) busy and we were able to relax in the spa, or chill out by the pool. We will DEFINITELY be back! The Mexican restaurant was a particular highlight as well. The rooms were spotless and there was plenty of space, they were also cleaned every day.
Location is perfect! The beach of Cala Mesquida is the stuff paradise is made of! The resort is amazing for families! Lots of options to keep the kids entertained! Food and drinks were great as well. We had a room with a terrace that overlooked the beach and our own jaccuzi and seriously life couldn't get much better! ❤️ We will definitely recommend it to friends and will probably be back in the future 😊
Breakfast and dinner was exceptional, plenty of choices and good quality. Hotel manages well to accomodate families with kids along with couples. Staff was very friendly and fast in reaction times. Location is exceptional so that you can walk to the sea every morning, spend time at one of the many pools, go hiking or take day trips with your rental car : )
The room was very comfortable and clean. Great air-conditioning! The staff were generally very helpful and friendly. The food in the buffet restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was excellent. The hotel setting was amazing and so close to the beach if you could drag yourself away from the pool! Evening entrainment was good.
It's a great hotel resort for families with young kids. There are several pools, with one heated indoor one and one heated outdoor kids' pool. I was a little surprised to find myself really enjoying the evening shows too! The staff is super friendly and there are a lot of kids' clubs to keep little ones busy.
Nice room with good bathroom. Good choice of food. Great to have heated pools in colder weather. Comfortable beds. Fair pricing in hotel bars. Decent evening entertainment. Good choice of pools. Fantastic views over Cala Mesquida. Overall a good hotel for the money we paid.
Amazing place with lots of activities for the kids and options for entertainment and eating
The Cala located by the hotel is really amazing and one the most beautiful in the island
Kids really enjoyed the kids club and the staff was very entertaining and helpful with them
Love the location. Many hiking trails both on and off resort. Loved how convenient food was as well as snacks. There are different level pools also, for young kids, older and adult. Buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner were good; themed dinners rotated which was nice.
We loved the beach, sea, nature. Also food was very good, plenty of choices. I really liked that the “key” from the room was on the bracklet. Our kids liked kids club. There was always a space for parking around the hotel. I liked reusable caps.
The only thing I liked were the ocean views and my back patio. I had a jacuzzi, a hammock and 2 tanning chairs to lay out. The views were amazing. Another plus, It was very convenient to have covid testing at the hotel.
Clean and modern hotel, very comfortable stay. Lots of facilities to use for adults and kids. Few pool to relax by. short walk to the beach. Very nice food and lovely staff. drinks and the bar were really good quality.
The hotel, the rooms, the staff and the service were of the highest quality. Very clean, beautiful surroundings, lots of activities for the children, interesting evening programme.
The location is amazing, just 5 mins from the organised beach. The hotel has everything you need inside - from food and drinks to pools and entertainment.
