Excellent in all aspects at motel .. we like the suction fan...
Excellent in all aspects at motel .. we like the suction fan in shower that could dry up the floor … but we wd definitely have preferred more hooks and handles for towels, clothing etc in shower area (didn’t include this point earlier) Across the road were KMart, Aldi, Coles… and a wonderful selection of yummy options … food at China Bar delicious and 24hours too!!!

I get it that the last 12 months have been economically horrendous! However, there’s been ample time to clean. Thanks for the pool of vomit behind the toilet and the food leftovers in the corner of the living area. Attention to the big details might enable the finer things to eventually be done right. Didn’t see a staff member the whole time: fully automated check in/out. Goodness knows who who runs the place? Great location and a fairly nice apartment hotel, but not clean and therefore not value for money.

I stayed in the studio apartment and loved how spacious, spotless and modern the room was. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. There was even a little balcony area, which I would definitely have used if I had stayed longer. The whole checking in was smooth and staff were fantastic. Given I had a late check in, I appreciated that the hotel had secure underground parking when compared to other hotels. Overall excellent value for money. I will definitely be back!

From the get go Quest Burwood East impressed! Alex was very polite and helpful when checking us in. fast check in is always appreciated and good information provided meant we didn’t have to ask reception for anything. A lovely note was left for us in our room, as well as an adorable Christmas treat. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, spacious and clean. wonderful water pressure. And best of all, our dog was able to stay with us.

Great service Lady at the reception was very welcoming my room as first time i entered it was nice and fresh and relaxing. This is a truly outstanding hotel, feels like home and a nature reserve in the backyard with kukkaburras & magpies, cicadas buzzing a sparkling inground pool. The room is very spacious and the shower strong & powerful. Very crisp and clean with open windows, fresh air and peaceful.

The facilities were fantastic for staying with family. Absolutely everything one could need was there, from dishwasher to washing machine, as well as all the things you'd expect from a hotel like soaps, towels and other amenities like lockbox etc.

Located only 5 minutes from Deakin Res was perfect for visiting my son at Uni. Across the road from Burwood One Shopping Centre. Was quiet and bed was comfortable. Clean, neat and tidy and reasonably priced.
