Royal Brayka Beach Resort, hotel in Abu Dabbab

This resort is located directly on the Marsa Brayka Bay and offers activities such as snorkeling, diving and horse riding. The Royal Brayka Beach Resort also includes a tennis court and fitness...

Royal Brayka is a great Hotel due to the Location and Bay, usually we stay at Brayka Bay but die a lack of availability we chose to stay at Royal in a Beach Front Room 1005 in Building 1. The fridge door was loose and continually dripped water on the floor an the bathroom is very dated but the rest was fine.

Malikia Resort Abu Dabbab, hotel in Abu Dabbab

Featuring air-conditioned rooms with a balcony, Malikia Resort Abu Dabbab is located 19 mi south of Marsa Alam International Airport. It offers a gym, outdoor pool and restaurant.

Nothing! We are full time travelers, and in all our travels, this was the worst by far! The "all-inclusive " was an insult. The cheapest same food every day and in both restaurants. Pool , gym, spa closed until 10 am and closed again at 5, gym until 7. But you cannot train or relax, because hotel employees constantly harass you for upsell services. Ironically, a waiter to bring you a drink at the pool or beach doesn't exist, but droves and teams of sales people from hair salon, spa, dive trips, anything you can imagine are perpetually asking you to purchase more. I felt like a piece of meat walking through a cage of hundreds of wolves. There was actually sewage leaking out of manhole covers and toilet paper on the path ! I have pictures of this! I want a refund!

    The day trips were amazing.

The day trips were amazing. Swimming with the dolphins and the sea turtles was phenomenal. The water was crystal clear. It's a great place for diving and snorkeling. It is not so good for people who are active at night because there's isn't much outside of the resort.

    Lovely area of the country.

Lovely area of the country. As an American traveling in Egypt I felt very safe. The military has a lot of bases on the coast as it is an international border so safety is not an issue there. We stayed at our resort. There is not a "town" around there, so the resorts are all-inclusive. It is easy to book an excursion on camel or four-wheeler into the desert if you get restless staying put.

you can use abou dabab as an off shut to see other destinations driving distance from it. The beach there is one of the few that has proper sand and coral mixes so it's great for both snorkeling and divers and people who just want to chill.

    It's the worst!

It's the worst! Diving gear got stolen and they kept lying to avoid even looking for it. The children got chemical rashes from the pool. The receptionist was extremely rude both at check in and check out. Oh and the Abu dabbab bay/beach is certainly overrated. No dugong, one giant turtle if you're lucky, and a whole lot of intrusion from the guys trying to sell you trips.

We loved our stay in the Hilton Nubia in Marsa Alam, the location is dreamy having most certainly the best house reef I have ever seen! From the get go we felt welcomed by the super friendly personnel at the front desk. In general, all employees were very friendly and always ready to help. I'm very picky with my bed and have some allergies which I mentioned by the booking. Everything met my expectations and I thank you everyone involved. All in all, we had a wonderful time and hotel to come back. Thank you!

staff is very friendly in all places of the hotel. special thanks to Hassan cleaning our room, the guys at the Mamut ice cream, the people of the Spa. the location is excellent (we came for diving) and so are the facilities for kids (we don’t have them - but I can see the attractiveness due the the swimming pool, gliders, etc). I read the hotel is a bit older - this is true but it doesn’t hurt the quality of the stay, considering the price range you’re in.

= I was out of the hotel most of days but what I liked the most: - The room was ready with almost no time for checking in. - Flexibility in payment currency. - Clean rooms and good food. - They are very responsive to any missing services or anything missed by room service. - The lifeguard on the beach marina was so helpful and nice. - The pool is clean and the aqua gym is a very good idea to keep yourself active. - Check out was so simple.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for snorkeling activities. It has the most colorful under sea view. There was no need to go out of the hotel. The panoramic sea view of the rooms also was a plus. The location is 30 minutes away from the airport which is perfect. the taxi company in the hotel was very helpful and responsive.

The hotel rooms were cozy and clean. The pool was magnificent. The food was very delicious and the staff was welcoming and helpful. I especially liked the seafood night, tuna fish and roasted shrimps were delicious. Also the Shami bread made in the oven by the woman called “Thoraya” was amazing. She is hard working and diligent and always welcoming.

Amazing reef! I saw dolphins, sting rays, a shark, turtles, and many many fish all on the house reef. I had the flexibility to snorkel whenever I wanted to (6 am - 4 pm). The hotel also arranged a boat trip for me to see the dugongs. This is definitely the hotel for anyone who wants Marsa Alam's best snorkel experience just a few steps away.

We have come to the Concorde on different occasions and it has always been a great option. The kindness and attention of the staff, the facilities and its impeccable cleanliness and its large buffet with multiple and rich options. The hotel is located next to a beautiful medium-sized coral reef.
