The apartments were large enough, we fell like at home over the week we spent there, there is everything you need to prepare your own meals (except groceries shopping of course). We loved staying by the pool with our little one, breakfast and dinner were always very good (and actually the best food we had in Gran Canaria to be honest). The staff was very gentle with us and our son. The guy by the pool was also adorable, always bringing toys to the kids, he's doing a great job there, I hope this is recognized! The sports room is also well equipped, everything you need to exercise a few times during your holidays (I would just remove the ambient spray that was quite strong and not needed, especially when you are exercising...)

We have stayed at this place before. And actually it has been in better placed appartment. This time it was the lowest row of buildings, which means it is with the walkway just in front of the open fence - and then with direct view through fences to the road where buses pass by every 10 minutes. More high up and far from the street is much much better.

Warm and welcoming staff, good sports facilities including a great pool and gym. Huge room with comfy bed! Lovely quiet hotel with a brilliant quiet adult pool area which we really appreciated. We really liked it. Breakfast served till 11am was a real bonus !

We initially booked a standard room but found it was a bit small. The bathroom had a glass wall so you could see into it from the bedroom and the patio had sun loungers and no seats. It only had a temporary screen between it and the balcony next door, probably because there was a connecting door to the next room. Anyway, reception were really helpful in finding us a suite, which was huge and the balcony had a table & chairs, as well as sun loungers. It had a kitchen with a fridge, which was handy for water and keeping drinks cold. The beds had a mattress topper on which was very soft but it kept moving. The room was very clean and the views are gorgeous. From what I could see, all the rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was also good with a wide selection of hot and cold food. There was always plenty of sun loungers by the pool or on the grass.
