We had a room near the pool it was very very noisy
We ask to change the room and they said there are no stuff to clean the available rooms.
There is no one in charge and we asked to speak with the manager and they told us that she will arrive only on Sunday and she knows there are issues at the hotel.
It wasn’t a nice experience and we defently will not be back

serene space and we made the most of it
but over priced beyond belief....
While we love it here, the price, the construction and the dirty cooking area will make me rethink coming again or recommending to others any more...

The rooms and location were perfect, spacious and cozy and a great getaway for good friends. The outdoor space lent itself to picnics and a relaxed dinner. Was exactly what we were looking for!
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful villa with gorgeous views.
We were so happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy getaway.
Mitzpe Ramon is magical.
You can enjoy a different view depending on the time of day. Make sure you get to see the sunset on the promenade and watch the mountains change colors.
There are many trails - the easiest is to walk along the promenade.
If you want to hike, make sure you take plenty of water and a good trail map. You can get info at the visitors center - which is well worth visiting. They have a lovely light show exhibition that explains how this erosion crater "machtesh" was formed.
The crater is a geological wonder. It is also fun to see the ibexes (mountain goats) walking down the streets of the city.

Mitspe Ramon is a small town with a relaxed artistic atmosphere. Desert weather: cool at night hot and dry during daytime. Unique place for discovering stars, colorful rock formations, studying fossils. During winter you can view flash desert floods from a safe location. Great place if you want to spend time by yourself listening to the wind and staring at nature's wonders.

The natural desert scenery is amazing, especially from the cliff top where the Ramon Crater begins. Herds of gazelles stroll through the town. There are a few chic eateries e.g. in the Spice Quarter. We often eat at Mauna, in the main shopping centre: it's vegan, with a limited menu, but the food is delicious.
Driving In Mitzpe Ramon is easy, but most places are walkable. Remember, many shops are closed on Saturday/Jewish Holidays.

Mitzpe Ramon is a gem for nature lovers and nature photographers, especially if you like deserts of course. There are many spots to hike and visit, or having a stroll along the cliffs with stunning views.
If you just wanna rest or enjoying nightlife, there are some nice cafes and bars, for having a cappuccino by reading a book or going out for some live music.

Loved the stargazing in the crater with Ira the Starman- highly recommend this.
A visit to the Alpaca Farm and to Nana Vineyard were very enjoyable.
The visitor center presentation together with the Ilan Ramon exhibit had a huge emotional impact.
Artist Colony/local crafts shops in the "Industrial Zone" were amazing
A well balanced blend of activity, quiet and night life.
Car is a must for quick easy access to all sites.
Ultra and Levi's were our favorite restaurants.
Be sure to check hours and if reservations are needed for events
The Quarter spice in is a great place to be in Mitzpe Ramon. It is located in the industrial zone but don’t let this name scare you there is no really heavy industry there - just a few guesthouses restaurants and some small businesses. We took a double room which was tiny but clean and prefect for our needs. The great attraction of the inn besides the cost) is the large communal space with fully equipped kitchen. That’s a place to rest at the end of the day, meet other travelers and enjoy a cup of tea. Will surely come back!
This place is fantastic. Victoria was kind and helpful. The location is ideal, apartment immaculate and so comfortable. Serene garden, with everything in walking distance including groceries, eateries, little parks. Proximity to crater not an exaggeration... was so nice to walk out the door and be standing over Israel's Grand Canyon in 2 minutes. Stunning vistas, great hiking. Quiet, peaceful, and all-around excellent stay. Highly recommended.
This is a very basic eco-lodge with tents, non-flush toilets, and a very basic kitchen and shower in the middle of the desert. No bright lights and very very quiet - Perfect for what we wanted for star-gazing at night, yet close enough to Mizpe Ramon for us to enjoy the sunset over the crater and have dinner in town. But if you want creature comforts, as is clearly and fairly advertised, this is not the place for you.
This place is UNREAL! Beautiful hotel in a stunning location - an oasis of tranquility in a vast desert space. Facilities and pool are really nice - with incredible views over the crater. My stay was so peaceful and the meals were excellent! The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the Mitzpe Ramon visitor center where there is an amazing viewpoint and observation deck. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone!
Kobi and Ahmad were welcoming and helpful at the reception. They played great music, too.
The hotel is speckless and has a charm of another era. The inlay flower doors of each room are unique details. The food for breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff kind. We had a wonderful stay. Sorry that I did not have time to enjoy the beautiful pool. The lifeguard there also had great music😊
Based on the reviews I expected to like the decor and to be greeted by unfriendly staff. I did indeed like the decor but I also liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. I asked for an electric kettle and immediately got a new one - still in its box. At 6 pm there was a free drink. My room was large and comfortable. The Bakery/Cafe nearby was great . Overall I liked this hotel a lot.
I liked the decoration style, colors fitting into the desort environment. I was also very happy that I got a free upgrade to a balcony room which I enjoyed a lot. While there was no breakfast in the hotel, the location is in the commercial center of Mitzpe Ramon with a number of restaurants, cafés etc in close proximity. Also, staff contacted me with helpful information prior to arrival.
This was a perfect family vacation with our toddler. At day, there was more animals around than she could feed, and all of them gentle and friendly. At night, campfire and stars. Strongly recommend! A well equipped kitchen and excellently maintained cabin made things easy for mom & dad, and the nearby crater edge was absolutely stunning at sunset and easy to reach by bike.
Hostel style hotel with common area and lovely staff and sitting out on the porch. The private room was plenty private with an instantly hot shower with super strong pressure, all facilities were clean and we enjoyed dinner and conversation with the staff. Spice quarter is a quaint bohemian area quiet at night.
Everything was wonderful. For some reason my first night I developed a very bad allergy, coughing and choking the whole night and rest of the stay. Couldn’t do much. Maybe something in the room. I don’t know. Your hotel and staff are wonderful. Great service.
I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. I was also very happy and honoured to share Friday night dinner with the many young people who come stayed! The inn is located within walking distance of Ramon Crater which is spectacular!
The room was nice and clean, if you are in town and need a place to sleep for practical reasons - this hotel can be decent but don't expect it to take your vacation to the next level. The staff were pleasant.
Excellent location (1 min walk from Ramon crater), large and open living room, comfortable kitchen, great design, many beds and rooms. Feels much more spacious than any other vacation rental I have been to.
The place is clean. The packed breakfast we took was excellent. The stuff was helpful when suggested we have a packed breakfast instead of waiting for the hotel breakfast.
The location is breathtaking - absolutely beautiful spot in the Ramon crater in the heart of the Israeli desert. The beds in the deluxe glamping tents are very comfy.
