The Saudi Arabian capital, sprawling Riyadh is a mix of historic monuments and ultra-modern skyscrapers. On a plateau surrounded by desert, it is one of the Middle East’s richest cities, so there are several 5-star hotels in Riyadh.
This wealth is also evident in modern architecture, particularly the Kingdom Centre, a perfectly sculpted building looking strangely like a bottle opener. Lit at night, it has an observation deck offering fantastic city views.
On its bottom floor is a shopping mall, and there is another within Al Faisaliyah, the country’s 1st skyscraper. Riyadh is a shopping paradise and yet more malls are on wide, palm-lined King Fahd Road. This king also gave his name to King Fahd Stadium, home of the Saudi football team.
Unusually for a capital, King Khalid International Airport is right in the city centre and there are lots of Riyadh hotels near the airport on Booking.com. South, in Al Murabba, is the King Abdulaziz Historical Centre, site of the Saudi Arabia National Museum. Further south in Dirah is 19th-century Al-Masmak fort with souks and mosques nearby.
Wherever you stay, remember that Saudi Arabia is a deeply Islamic country and that local customs should be respected. Men and women may not be able to access attractions at the same time.

This is a fast-developing country with ambitions to improve the socio-economic status in the region, so there is no doubt it is already standing out with its infrastructure and its plans for growth in tourism and global awareness. Shopping and a little bit of nature are a must if you would like to immerse yourself in the local culture. On the flip side it is becoming very modern and open to all creeds and cultures with parks, concerts, fairs etc.
Language is not necessarily a barrier, as is in most parts of the world, so don't let that stop you.
Best times to travel are during the winter months in Saudi Arabia.

The city still needs more improvement, heavy traffic is killing the city and killing any plans also the car drivers there are very reckless, The LEAP event was established around 90KM from the city center where all the people can find hotels or houses it was literally in the middle of the desert without any restaurants and cafes, also prices in restaurants and coffeeshop are expensive compared to other Gulf cities like Doha or Dubai, In general it is not that bad but if you travelled before to Qatar, UAE and Oman and expecting the same experience you might feel disappointed, hopefully the new vision to Improve Riyadh and to make the new business capital will be in place and Riyadh will be better keeping in mind that 6-7 years ago nothing was there and the city improved a lot since then

Riyadh is a major city in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 where the city is going thru a lot of development and changes towards the 2030 Vision. The city is vibrant and the Saudis are kind and welcoming from the Immigration all the way upto Starbucks and Restaurants. They are more on the ground and it’s very good to see them work together with expats in their country. I remember Dana working in Starbucks and she was very friendly to all the clients and helping them choose the best cookie 🍪 and coffee ☕️!
The traffic is insane and requires you to master very well and a strong defensive driving across the streets!
Google Maps or Waze doesn’t get the traffic scene right and might also get you in trouble at times!
We had been to the Leap 24 and the Riyadh Boulevard and throughly appreciated the vision and Leadership of HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.
We Love 💚 Riyadh and Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

Riyadh Season is a major winter entertainment event, offering a wide variety of global cuisine from exclusive restaurants and exciting surprises. The festivities embody the essence of Saudi Arabia, showcasing its rich Najdi heritage and vibrant present-day dynamism.
We only needed a quick overnight stay so this was excellent value in Riyadh compared to the other much pricier options. Free parking. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Had a good rest for our drive next morning.
We were transiting via Riyadh on way back from Umrah. Since we did not need to be in the city center the location of this hotel was quite convenient. We left next morning without getting stuck in Riyadh traffic.
Would definitely book again if required for a similar trip.
it was so hard to find a hotel in Riyadh as it is a avery huge city but I was lucky to find this hotel with this amazing location directly at the olaya street which is one of the main streets in the capital and very close nearly to most of the attractions !
and the ladies at the reception were so kind and helpful .
money wise I think it was the most affordable in that category of hotels
I absolutely enjoyed my whole stay in Riyadh .
This is a new hotel at a strategic location in between the airport and the city centre. In spite of the 3* rating my room felt like 4*. The breakfast options are good for guests with Eastern taste. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Multiple fastfood options are available in the walking distance. Definitely recommended for a short business trip with meetings in the central and northern areas of Riyadh.
The best hotel experience I've ever had inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The lobby was just fascinating with all the amazing decoration and design. Staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was super clean and you can control all the lights , AC, curtains using a touch screen. Food was good. Overall experience was satisfying. Worth visiting again.
As a picky traveler, I have to say that was one best in Riyadh.
Those guys are very professional who always show interest in their customers.
I stayed for 2 days and the room service cleaned everething and changed all the towels.
The hotel is awesome, neat and stylish
Also rooms are very spacious with a very nice panoramic view
I really recommend
Reasonable, hotel at one of the Riyadh's main thoroughfares. In my opinion suited for business travellers mostly. As anywhere else in Riyadh you need a car to move around city. I did not use much of the hotel's services as I spent most of the time in other places but nothing stroke me as below reasonable quality.
The staff are very kind and helpful. I had an ankle sprain while I was there and they helped me a lot. This one of the best hotels I have experienced in Riyadh ever. A clean property breakfast was good location is excellent and an excellent staff.
One of the best hotel in Riyadh and my first preference always. Clean and spacious rooms... Very good aroma. Clean carpets and furniture. Spacious bathrooms. Big flat TV. Breakfast is amazing.. With many choice of dishes and tasty
Park Inn Radisson Hotel is one of the best hotels in Riyadh. Honestly ,I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for any one wish to have a great and comfortable stay with affordable price.
Very frindly staff and tasty breakfast.
Great location from the airports in Riyadh (Local & International airports), the hotel provided a car to convey me to the airport very early (3am) at a reasonable fee. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Great staff
Real 5 stars experience in Riyadh. There are many hotels with this rating in the city, but very far of the service and the capacities of this hotel. Amazing place, with really profesional team. I Will definitively come back.
Great hotel. Excellent service. The room was spacious and modern. Had all the amenities needed and more. Definitely the best hotel I have stayed at so far in Riyadh. Room service was quick. Super comfortable beds.
This was our 1st stay in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
Enjoyed location of Hotel, almost bext to Kingdom centre.
Room was nice and comfy.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Looking forward to returning in near future
Very nice hotel. It's clean, smells good, air conditioning is excellent. There is a gym but i didn't use it. Breakfast is 10/10 also. Best hotel under 70 usd in Riyadh?
Big park is walking distance away.
The staff was so helpful and kind and ( Special thanks for Hala she was very professional and knows how to deals with things ) i would come back again for sure. Best hotel in Riyadh so far!
Fahad was great in welcoming, and because of the amazing check_in experience, I will recommend the hotel for my friends. I will book in this hotel every time I visit Riyadh city.
