The rooms were small, but had everything we needed. They were clean and freshened up every day of the stay. The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful. We took the Tube or bus everywhere and walked to many places.

Good location ,nice and clean , comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast . Really poor evening food , poor options available , fries were cold when delivered ( my wife didn’t eat any of hers ) NO HOT DRINKS AVALABLE AT ALL ,we couldn’t get a tea or coffee ???? As the machines were off . For such a large hotel group I was amazed
