Older than the photos show.
Big money for a three star hotel feel.
Expected more for the price.
Needs more pools. So many rooms and guest and only one average size pool.
Waited ages for a chair by the pool.

Really disappointing.
Really disappointing.
WiFi never worked effectively, so doubt it would be good for a conference venue.
As I was forced to book last minute, the costs were excessive...but didn't deliver on standards.

The natural setting.
The natural setting. The outdoor area and proximity to the walking path and beach were great. The way all the properties were close but also separated. Found a great Cafe for a late breakfast. ( Hightide) in mudjimba. Also great shopping available in Maroochydore

The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had great facilities. The apartment and Novotel had good facilities and was a very relaxing place to stay . The apartment Had a strange smell to it though when we arrived - kind of like burning herbs - eventually the smell went away after a fe days

Our check in time was supposedly at 2pm, we didn’t get a room key until 2:30pm. It was very frustrating as 1 receptionist said our room was ready & another said it wasn’t cleaned yet. We were told to get there early (as we did) in the hopes of our room being available earlier but it was 30 minutes late.

Loved our holiday at Twin Waters, looking to book it as an annual event for the extended family. The resort catered for our whole group who ranged in age from 80 - 18mths. There was something for everyone to do regardless of our fitness, ranging from beach walks to watersports. We had lunch at Sola and the food was great and got snacks and coffee from the cafe. High Tea was advertised at check in but as you need to give a minimum of 48hrs notice we weren't able to arrange that for our group. Additionally the wonderful staff member who checked us in, informed us that we should book for the seafood buffet at Sola on Saturday night, the only issue was not only was that not on, the restaurant said they were not going to be open at all on Saturday night our group had to drive to find dinner and as there were conventions on both nights of our stay, there was a fight to find carparks when we returned. Some of the boardwalks are showing their age and are in need of repair or closed.
This property is amazing! You will not be disappointed! Service, room, breakfast was beyond expectations. Merryl and Phil were amazing! Spent breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the Petrie Creek and listening to the numerous birds awakening to the day. Exceptional! If you are on holiday to the Sunshine Coast, do not miss this place, old world charm in a new world often forgotten , spend a couple days or a week, get a lifetime of memories!! 5 star plus in our book!!
Close to our wedding venue (Twin Waters Golf Club). Staff at reception were nice. Plenty of pools to swim at and also have the use of Novotel pool and facilities.
The 2 bed apartment my mum booked was beautiful and I would stay in this room in particular again however it was not booked through “The Sebel” it was booked separately aa it was privately managed. (Maybe this makes a difference to the quality of the accomodation)
Our initial apartment at Sebel North Shore did not match what we booked online but the staff at Sebel were kind enough to arrange another apartment which was in keeping with what was advertised and we were more than happy with that and the way it was handled .
We were very pleased with the buffet breakfast ( one of the best we have had) and Twin Waters facilities were fantastic and beautifully kept.
This was a holiday with my elderly parents, adult kids and grand baby. My parents were able to get around easily, and their unit was ground floor which was great. We swam in the lagoon, used the canoes, had a great meal at the restaurant and loved seeing the kangaroos each morning outside our unit. The units were clean, and facilities and staff were great.
Residents staying there were nice and welcoming and very friendly. We had our wedding at Twin Waters Golf course and the locals there were so nice and congratulated us. Property Manager David was also so helpful and understanding having our families in a few of the apartments we will be back there again for our anniversary.
The breakfast was tasty as ! Very satisfying
Theres free kayaking, the pool was lovely ( though some of the pool users werent so lovely )
Room was a decent size - fam of 4 , lovely resort feel when you entry lobby. We could order uber wats to hotel to get dinner.
Excellent location.
Great sized apartments.
Great friendly communication from owners.
Local cafe and small supermarket is very handy.
Secure parking.
Perfect for our week long golf trip with a group of 12.
We will be back!!!!
Thanks for the week.
David.
The Victorian house is charming and clean. The staff is friendly and will make you feel at home, literally. The breakfast served in your bed is amazing. Everything is done to guarantee you will not want to leave the hotel for anything!
The location is brilliant! So handy to the shops and visiting places on the Sunshine Coast.
We loved the room and everything at Twin Waters. The food is great and so is the scenery. Service is really good, too.
We have stayed here before while hubby is working at the Novotel Twin Waters and have enjoyed it every time. Such a great place for kids. We have 3 young boys who need space! The Sebel can accommodate this.
The host and the accomodation is exceptional... great place to stay would highly recommend this as one of the best places to stay on the Sunshine Coast
