The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Peaceful location which was just what we wanted for a quiet stay. Easy to get around the island by car. No TV which was perfect, but would have liked WiFi access in room. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and sitting outside on the terrace with a view was idyllic. Hostel could do with some TLC, but all in all a lovely few days in Mallorca. Ate at a couple of local restaurants where we found the food was very good.

It was such a heartwarming gesture, especially since we were on our honeymoon. The hotel's thoughtful attention to our special occasion made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and can't wait to return for future celebrations! The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings were a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was a truly unforgettable experience that combined luxurious comfort with a stunning natural backdrop. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. I had an incredible experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they paid impeccable attention to detail. Location, views and tranquillity, great quality/price ratio. Could be improved the communication after checking -in. There's a restaurant just 2 minutes walking from the property, "Modesto", beautiful quiet garden and amazing food. This is the right place to stay in the north/west. Very close to Pollenca and Alcudia.

This will be a lovely place to stay in summer, perhaps May onwards. During mid April it was rather colder than we expected and there is no heating in the main part of the property - a 2 bar oil filled radiatior was provided but did little to heat the vast space.
