Cafe La Ola , beside the casino, is hidden down a ramp BUT is spectacular in outlook over the bay. Also has afternoon music and live performances from 4pm/5pm on most days.
Like a comfortable pair of slippers...we just slip into when we go.

Two parts to the resort.
Two parts to the resort. Closer to the port you have several Irish bars and very busy nightlife. More towards the strip the venues are mixed food and drink outlets. Some of the better restaurants are situated further from the port, although the port itself has several good restaurants.
The resort can be very windy and cool in the evening, so a jacket or cardi are essential. Overall a great resort to stay with plenty of activity for all.
We had a trike for the first time with a guide who was really good and knowegable , I would recommend this.

Plenty of bars and restaurants and shops.
Plenty of bars and restaurants and shops. Both supermarkets gift shops and branded shops. It is windy but with plenty of sun it’s ok. It was mostly cool on a night time but I only wear shorts and t shirts. The beach was ok but there is only one price €10.5 for 2 beds and a sun shade. Why you would go to a beach and get a shade is beyond me, but you have to pay for it. But all in all the holiday was excellent.

Great location, I loved the privacy from our bedroom, the staff was amazing. The room was clean, sound proofed and spacious.
Thank you for accommodating my request for a double bed, that was much appreciated. Covid rules were respected, which helped us to relax as it didn’t feel crowded at all.
The receptionist (apologies but I forgot her name) gave us some advice where to eat (and where not) and printed us a list of the best restaurants in Lanzarote, one of which was very close to the hotel.
Thank you all, we will definitely come back.
Great location although there is a bit of a hill to get to it but a lot of apartments in Puerto Del Carmen are the same, there’s a big supermarket right beside it too. The apartments themselves are very spacious with loads of storage & everything you need for a self catering family holiday. Lovely pools, sun loungers available with not too much hassle and the life guards are very helpful, they’ll try to find you beds or parasols if they can. Food at the pool bar is nice too and reasonably priced. Our kids had a ball!
We couldn’t have found a nicer hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool was a big hit with the kids.
The location was perfect for us. Tucked away behind the bustle of the main strip, but everything you could need is accessible. The supermarket underneath was so handy! Hired a car for getting around and easily found parking spots nearby. The bus was equally accessible on the front. The beach is a few minutes walk along the promenade.
Just got back from another fabulous stay, this will be the 5th time I have stayed here, its my favourite place to stay in lanzarote. The location is perfect 10 mins from the airport, everything is in walking distance. Right opposite the beach. The hotel complex has a lively pool, always plenty of loungers. Everywhere is spotless clean. All the staff are so friendly. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Already looking to book again.
Just back from a wonderful stay at Bungalow Dalai, we have being going to Lanzarote for almost 20 years now and this has been the best accommodation by far, our host Luciano meet us at the airport and bought us to the bungalow. Very peaceful and safe area and only 5 minute stroll to the beach, friendly Neighbours, bungalow was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want, we will definitely be back.
The garden really is outstanding, with birds chipping, flowers blooming, palms providing privacy… it’s heavenly.
The room and bar menu were excellent. Lots of healthy options and vegan options. Drinks were nice too.
The hot tubs in the garden overlooking the bay were great. Beach was pleasant enough and very convenient.
Within Puerto del Carmen, the hotel has the best location.
Couldn't fault the hotel, nothing was to much trouble.
Plenty of choice in the restaurant, something for everyone.
Staff were lovely as said good morning or good evening.
Location is in the quieter part of lanzarote but only 4 euros into purto del carman, so if you wanted a lively night if was only five minutes up the road.
Would definitely return to this hotel.
The apartment was very nice and clean, the view on the pool and sea was great. The size of the bedroom and living room was pretty good. Staff were very nice. We were able to check in a little early which was very nice of them!
The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. We rented a car and always found a parking spot close by.
Pools are great, hotel is extremely close to the ocean and promenade. Plenty of shops and markets nearby. Multiple breakfast choices. Apartments are huge and very well maintained. Gym with some equipment, but you can definetely manage your training. Tennis court is great. Hotel would be a 10/10 if it weren't for...
I spent an amazing time here and I really recommend this hotel to everyone. Great location, very clean, good food and very nice receptionist ladies who will help with any problem. Thank you very much for that. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Definitely the best place I have stayed overnight in Lanzarote.
Hotel is modern and freshly decorated. There was plenty of amenities for all age groups and good nightly entertainment. Food and drink on the all inclusive varied and tasty and nothing was too much trouble for the very helpful staff.
It was near the strip in Lanzarote. You were near all the bars and restaurants. The property was lovely. The owner was so nice ,she helped us when we needed anything.I would highly recommend it.A lovely week.

The place is fantastic, close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, stores...) and the beach, the best place in Puerto del Carmen! The host is very proactive and kindness. Definitely I recomend.
We loved the layout of the hotel, modern & the staff were very attentive. It has a good location close to the shopping centre and well placed between the old town and strip. The bed was comfy too.
