Part of a protected natural area, it's on the south-central coast of the island, 3 miles from San Francisco de Formentera. Water sports, in addition to sun bathing, are a popular activity in the area, and there are plenty of beach bars nearby for some much needed refreshment. Playa Mjgjorn is a long stretch of beach, some bits wider and better than others. I'd tend to stick to properties to the west of the south coast for best beach option and access. It's a lovely spot and if you have transportation you can get around easily. Number L2 bus serves Ca Mari well.
Great sunsets, and some nice little beach bars dotted around.
Limited vegetarian options throughout!

4 stars, really.
4 stars, really. It’s more like 1 1/2 to 2 stars hotel at best. The costs for what you get is way to exagerated. I have no problem at all to pay for something, but this was by far the worst experience i got for what i payed for.
To sum it up: beach mediocre with alot of alges, rooms at best 2 star level, food expect the cheapest things you can buy for money, that’s the quality of food. Reception is a nightmare!
Good things: animation is doing their best and it’s ok… and at least the staff is cleaning every day.
Save your money, you get alot of better hotel around the world for this price. Way to overrated and too expensive.

Playa Migjorn is a stunning beach with so many different contrasts. At the hotel it was very calm with some rocks and clear but further along just cristal clear then at the top end more wild and rocky but with clear water.
The beach bars are all so different, our favourite Kiosko 62 is on the beach with cristal clear water and not such a busy part of the beach.
Stunning sunsets and some boating activity. Views from the hotel bar and restaurant were stunning.

Lovely area at the heart of the island - great base for exploring and getting away for the busy towns in the evening. Highly recommended. The beach was great - you could spend a good few days exploring the beach alone. There are some fantastic restaurants in this area too. Its very easy to get around and even easier to get to to all other corners of the island from this area. Nothing to avoid here is was lovely. Great place to watch the sunset from this side of the island...

Very nice clean beach with long stretch of sand and crystal clear waters. Not to many people at the start of September. Some restaurants bars though we took our own food and drink so not sure of how they were but looked nice. Wooden path connects all te beaches so oí can walk to a spot you like. Some parts of the beach have lingers and umbrellas though we just sat in the sand and moved between different locations in the beach to explore.

Playa Migjorn boasts cristal clear waters, smell of pine...
Playa Migjorn boasts cristal clear waters, smell of pine trees, beautiful sunsets and a good choice of places to eat. It is very good for families with small kids because of the sandy shallow sea bottom.
At rare times, it can be windy and one cannot step into the water because of the high waves. No problem! Go to the north coast of the isle, it will take you 30 mins on foot and 5-10 mins by car or bike. The beach on the other side is well worth visiting!
We have stayed in Teranka for one week in August. The hotel has remote and exquisite location. It does come to its advantage, the nearby beach and sea are fabulous.
The interior and exterior space is nicely designed and the rooms are fine, the beds comfortable, the bedsheets and towels of a very good quality.
The pool area is very nice, the sunbeds are comfortable.
The rooftop bar is superb, we highly enjoyed the evenings with the DJ there, worth attending.
The breakfasts are very good, diverse, the quality of products is superb.
- Location: near the beach, near the bus stop, near a lot of good and fair restaurants (even the hotel "chiringuito" - a small restaurant in the beach sand - was good and with fair prices)
- Quiet place
- We asked for and got a room with sea view
- Good breakfast that accommodated our lactose free and gluten free needs
- Very friendly and attentive staff
- Fairly large and very well maintained pool with water at 24~25º C
A simple, well run, comfortable hotel that was very good for our 9 night stay. There are modernised rooms, but we stayed in one that hasn’t yet been refurbished because the location on the west side was better. If you don’t know Formentera, you must know that the best beaches are to the south. Either a 15 minute walk or by vehicle.
House is located in the center of the island. Myself and my wife used a scooter, which is great for Formentera. House is clean with all you need for living. The host (Dolores) was great. She contacted us before arrival, waited for us on arrival and responded quickly if we needed anything.
Low key luxury, a breath of fresh air from ibiza beach resort and hotels that promise so much but rarely deliver. This place was luxurious with amazing service and staff . So hard to find in the current climate. Non pretentious, honest with a natural beauty. We will return 100%.
The location was exceptional, the hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It far exceeded our expectations. Seems to a much higher standard than I’d expect from a 2 star hotel. Would highly recommend :)
Easy access to keys, even arriving late. Excellent location. Es Caló is 5 minutes away. Playa Migjorn 3 km away. Can Rafaelet restaurant has very good dishes and the bar the best sunset views.
Lovely position on this bay, a choice of beaches within easy walking distance and lovely warm pools at the hotel even in May.
Excellent breakfast and great dinner, plenty of choice.
very quite rooms with the garden view. very clean and comfortable as well.
the rent bikes and scouters is just next to the hotel so was also very convenient.
The hotel is well located and has even a mini market, which is super practical. Rooms are comfortable and with AC - much needed for summers in Formentera.
Gorgeous boutique hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Friendly staff and great service. Restaurant was really nice and great location to watch the sunset.
