Great end of season skiing but expensive for a family. Our accommodation was clean and good location but lacking in some amenities. Depending on where you stay it can be quite a walk to the lifts. If you want a more quiet stay go to the Blackcomb side. However most of the restaurants, shops etc. are in the village.

Over 4 days we enjoyed the convenience of shopping and skiing nearby. A longer time is needed to explore the mountain more and the wide variety of eateries. The opportunity is also available to bike or hike but we did not have sufficient time.

Ski terrain is great, including side- and off-piste, however lift ticket cost is way over the top at CAD 250 per day (compare that to European superresorts like Les Trois Vallees which are 40% the cost). And the snow quality is unreliable - 23/24 was the worst season even according to the locals, I was just lucky enough to get fresh snow at the start of my week. Won't be coming back to Whistler as the snow quality is highly unreliable, will go to Utah or Canadian Rockies in the future where the snow is more reliable (and tickets are cheaper) or Europe where it's much cheaper to ski! Whistler would have to halve the cost of lift tickets for me or my family to come back.

Visited at the end of the season.

Visited at the end of the season. No snow at village level, but there was still powder/snow at the top - 5-10 inches news during our trip. The ticket prices are still way too high, but if you can pre-purchase early in the season, it's not too bad... Due to the season being not too great (snow wise) the owners should reduce ticket prices. Nevertheless, the demand is still high, especially at the weekend. The village supermarkets now offer very reasonably priced items (cheaper than Victoria!) and there are still good value restaurants around the town. The museum's and galleries etc + shops are great for non skiers.

Whistler is wonderful all year round, whether you're a local or from far away, it is full of adventures, scenes, activities and beauty. I love wandering the Village, exploring Creekside, coffee at Mogul's, people watching from literally anywhere. We had lunch at Hunt & Gather which was great with many options for veg/vegans. It was the end of the low (first weekend of November) season so it was really quiet, but for us that was a plus. Oh and we got sweet treats at Pure Breads which were delicious. Expensive but delicious.

The view from the room of the gondola station for Blackcomb was great. The easy access to Whistler village on foot or by bus was a bonus. The daytime activity, available through the hotel back door was a very pleasant surprise. The nighttime activity was positive and any noise from revellers was not heard through the large insulated windows. Finally, the black bear seen from a safe distance near to the front door was delightful. The only one seen wild during three weeks in Canada.

Hotel was easy to find and had underground parking (extra charge) on site. Check in staff were friendly. We had a one bedroom mountain view suite which was a good size. The best thing was the location in the heart of the village. Staying in summer we could watch the mountain bikers coming down from our window and also from the terrace of the hotel bar. We only stayed one night but would happily have spent longer.

We enjoyed so much the hotel. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and daily housekeeping service let us feel like on the best vacation ever. The hotel is the best location for the ski in and out. We didn’t need to worry to catch the bus or walk to the house after the ski day. Our son loved the game room and hot cacao after the ski date. It was complimentary. We highly recommend it. 10/10

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the shuttle bus stop, supermarket, and village. Despite the room not being very large, it was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

This hotel was right in the village centre of Whistler, so couldn’t be better location. So handy for shops, restaurants and bars. Good central location for a walking holiday at this time of year. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean and it was good to have bathrobes in the room. The room had a nice boutique feel.

Our room was lovely, with the best shower of our whole month-long trip. The location is unbeatable, especially I'd imagine in ski season. We were visiting in September, but nonetheless, it was within short walking distance of the village. The hotel itself feels very new and contemporary. I would highly recommend a facial at the spa - it was terrific.

Grab N Go cafe serves starbucks coffee, and Kaze on property is the best japanese restaurant in the area, possibly better than all of Vancouver's Japanese restaurants.

Room was basic but clean. Exactly what we needed for one night when in Whistler. It was a bit of a drive to downtown Whistler and after an evening tour, there was no parking available at the hotel. Front end staff helped us arrange a spot, however there is not enough parking in the parking lot for all of the cars there.
