The property is very close to ghat no1 and easy to accessible to Shikara rade. And good montain view. The owner Shahid bhai and care taker Khaliq chacha is very helpfull and friendly. Brakefast will be provided ( tea with bread and butter) if you book with BF. The proparty has two rooms and good for family, couple, and groups of 10 people maximum. I had nice experiance

Had a fantastic time here with my friend Isha. We stayed here for 2 nights and the place is nice and comfortable. Also the guys running this place really get an 11 out of 10 for hospitality. They went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. Also getting the shikara with Sahil to the floating market and on the lake was a lot of fun, he is a lovely person! Do keep in mind though that sometimes the electricity cuts and in the autumn the temperatures get cold on the houseboat!

Houseboat Zaindari Palace is in a very good location quiet part of Dal Lake with a mountain view. The rooms are spacious and the washrooms are super clean. Management is also very helpful. The breakfast and dinner are tasty The staff are friendly, and give honest advice about tour/bus/travel itineraries and costs. I would definitely recommend this place:)

I believed that kind of rating they are having are unusual but really they stand upto the mark , houseboat was pretty was inside and beautiful view from the deck. Hospitality at top and staff was highly attentive with always smiling faces. Overall worth every penny and they provided us complimentary shikara rode which enhanced our stay more and more
