The hostel was in a great location very close to the beach and where our event was. They allowed us to book just 1 night. The room was air conditioned and was quite spacious.

Amazingly beautiful part of the world.
Amazingly beautiful part of the world. We were blown away by how gorgeous it was here. That said, we had perfect weather, and the ocean was warm, turquoise and relatively calm, so that was wonderful. Our room was available when we arrived early on the ferry...
Our room was available when we arrived early on the ferry and they notified us by text which was great. The location is perfect, with the beach across the road and restaurants within walking distance. The bathroom is small and downstairs from the mezzanine bedroom which we found annoying. There is only one TV in the lounge area, so none in the bedroom. Live to air TV was not available which was disappointing as we wanted to watch the AFL preliminary final. Netflix was available so that was good

We stayed close to Point Lookout in June and we saw dolphin...
We stayed close to Point Lookout in June and we saw dolphin pods and so many humpback whales migrating north . I would recommend staying at Cylinder Cove as it’s close to amenities the beach the world famous pub and other places are just a short drive away. It has amazing views of Cylinder beach which is patrolled by life guards. whether you are travelling for a romantic getaway, travelling with a group or a family with children this is very suitable for all. We are looking forward to coming back very soon

Every where you look is stunning and you get to see whales...
Every where you look is stunning and you get to see whales playing in the water and get to meet the local kangaroos walk ways and lots of viewing platforms and a very cool kids park where the kangaroos are grazing on the grass pretty nice .Mary Eve-lynCambodia - 10Scored 10
Beautiful location.
Beautiful location. Just be aware there are not many restaurants and cafes open mid-week. Easy to get around but you need a car. Best location is Point Lookout. You must do the North Gorge walk. We saw whales, dolphins, turtles and kangaroos everywhere,JohnAustralia

Great staff with great communication, who were helpful with requests such as early and late check outs and extra car park. Loved the pool and BBQ facilities. The location is great, you are close to point lookout (by car, although I think there is public transport as well) and there is access to a beach just crossing the road. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
