Manager worked with us to get us the keys. The condo was in a prime location and you could hear the waves all night. Very beautiful and relaxing. Everything in the condo was laid out and prepped to minimize stress. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast enjoyed on the outside patio of Trova. Enjoyed seeing a nest of monk parakeets in the tree off our balcony. Staff very nice allowing us to change to a room not overlooking the driveway entrance. Enjoyed the complimentary rum cocktail. Enjoyed dinner at La Pescaderia. Tried to go to Miramar for cocktails snacks but too busy, looked like a lovely location. Ate at Trova one night, good service.

If you are looking for a greta beach, Puerto Rico offers better…but Palmas del Mar is INCREDIBLE!! There are so many things to do that you will never regret your stay! The places to eat are very good and there is a lot of variety.

Humucao is a beautiful town with incredible views to the ocean. We stayed in Palmas Del Mar and it was heaven. There are a number of great, locally owned restaurants and chain stores are easy to get to with a rental car. We'll be back!SloaneUnited States - 10Scored 10

If you read, you're find it's history. It isn't far from the rain forest and Liquillo beach. Next town north Naguabo has great sea food restaurants. Naguabo (were the water meets land.) But there are lots of restaurants in Palmas del Mar .BILLUnited States - 2.0Scored 2.0
Did not like it.
Did not like it. Staffing at front desk was not accommodating. It would have been lovely to know at check in that we need to turn back in the bathroom towels and wash rags each day to relieve new ones if we ran out. It took hours to get and help and we were constantly left without reliable transportation from the hotel when with plans made. This was by far the WORST place I've stayed in all my years of travel.

I stayed at Palmas Del Mar 10 years ago and it wasn’t completed so we had a good time on the beach and pools. Now Palmas Del Mar is too full of gated communities with very limited beach access and the pools are available 9a-6p, so i do not recommend Palmas Del Mar. the places are asking top dollar and the roof tops are still missing tiles from the storm. I was disappointed by the views of the community. Do your research and stay somewhere nicer for the money you would spend at Palmas.AdolfoUnited States
