We arrived late and when we got to our room the floor was not vacuumed/cleaned. I have an eye for crumbs, dust, trash etc and there was lots of dust and debris all over the floor. I went into the restroom and there was brown/yellowish water. I thought maybe it was just the color of the water, but nope it was someone’s pee. I flushed and should have complained but I didn’t because it was late. I should have changed rooms. The beds were made nicely and clean towels were provided. I won’t stay here again and i travel a lot.

The whole trip from the rudeness of the staff when I asked about a early check in.... To hearing our room would be ready until 3-4 pm because of cleaning. Then to get there after our daily outing and the room was dirty ,floor sticking and general over discussing conditions. It was a bad stay.

St. George is one of my favorite places.
St. George is one of my favorite places. I have stayed at various venues. This trip we had the Quality Inn on Bluff st. In the middle of the night we jumped up it was like a heard of elephants. We clhecked out at 3am!
We went to the open house of the Mormon temple. Very interesting.
Went to a restaurant Longhorns on Bluff st. A very nice restaurant but very busy.

I was there to participate in the Huntsman World Senior Games, which was my main focus. At breakfast I interacted with other athletes staying at the hotel, all of whom seemed quite happy. I enjoyed a great Mexican dinner, also a delicious Thai dinner at the Banana Blossom restaurant. St. George is close to two great national parks that I have visited on other trips. I am familiar with St. George so I knew where everything was that I needed to visit . Traffic was never an issue.

If you are looking for a more affordable option to stay near...
If you are looking for a more affordable option to stay near Zion this is a good for a short stay. But it is at least 35-40 min away from Zion.
If you are into off roaming, Warner Valley is very close by.
Front desk employees were nice when I called in tears. They got a new room set up (not a jacuzzi suite) and had a not so friendly maintenance worker bring the new key to us. Not knowing where the room was we drove around for several minutes. The Green Iguana restaurant was amazing and the staff there made the hotel stay better. I would stay here again if I had to with my kids since their pool is indoor and they have some pool tables upstairs. It would not be my go to for a night away with my husband, ever again.
I was pleasantly surprised to find such nice accomodations at such a reasonable price and they were pet friendly. The hotel was very clean, the grounds were well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and had a refrigerator and microwave. We were able to bring our dog and only paid a $15 pet fee. There was a nice breakfast bar with hot food and drinks as well as cereal and yogurt. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and there were a lot of families there in the evening.
After traveling all day it is really nice when you check into your motel/hotel and you are greeted with a smile and a friendly face. This was not our experience at the Quality Inn Bluff Street in St. George, Utah. A clean room is appreciated and expected anywhere, what makes a difference is the staff. We have stayed at this property before, unfortunately, after this visit, we will choose to stay at one of the many other hotels/motels that St. George has to offer
Horrible manager. He was yelling at people across the parking lot and he was super rude. He will make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don’t have any clue how he could even be a manager, Super disappointed. There are many hotels and motels near, only come here if you want your vacation mood ruined by a horrible unhappy manager.
Great staff, excellent wi-fi for people willing to work from the hotel, very functional room, good fitness center, amazing landscape, breakfast with good and tasty options. I went to St George to do the 70.3 Ironman and the staff prepaired to all competitors a breakfast kit, which was very kindful.
The reception clerk was very friendly - Indian girl with a son that loves soccer. She's currently taking care of everything - front desk and food & beverage (could use some help). The location is also good - best frozen custerd across the street and St. George main attractions walking distance.
We were located in the center of town close to everything. The room.was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool has an awesome hot tub and an indoor outdoor pool. There is a basketball court, pickleball court, and mini golf. I was very impressed with this amazing hotel!
the hotel was very clean and it had everything we needed! the room was clean and spacious. Two swimming pools and the gym are available. breakfast was fine as well! Location is perfect - close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
The gal at the front desk was super sweet and really helpful!
the beds were amazingly comfortable!! best seep we’ve had at a hotel! my hubby even took a picture of the type of mattress so we could get the same one at home!
The breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and well kept. The location of the hotel was also nice and close to the Interstate so it made it easy to get around.
The location is really nice and next to the best food places in St. George & shopping. Rooms were clean and pool is nice. This isn’t a high end hotel but it’s better than other hotels if it’s same caliber.
Clean, close to a few shops and fast food restaurants. Went to the city center by foot, though it was only a bit of a walk. The hotel itself was nice, I would book there again.
