Everyone was super nice and took care of our needs
When we arrived at the property, no one answered. A phone call informed us that the property was no longer being rented. We had already paid for 3 nights, so we were not happy. Fortunately, we found other accommodations, but I expect a refund of $188.93. How do I go about getting this?

Killeen was a very cute town with a lot of things going on. They always seemed busy and going somewhere. Nobody seemed to relax. There was no street lights so I kept thinking that I was going to go off a cliff or into someone's yard. We ate at Whataburger. They were awesome. I would highly recommend them.

It was very clean, comfortable, fully furnished, and everything advertised. They were very amendable to adding an extension date as well at the last minute.Very nice folks, would recommend for anyone at this Air B and B.Someone reported the washer did not work.We are Old School and played with the knob control and got it to work. Big wash load, it washed well.

I traveled from Tennessee to visit my daughter for the first time in months. I am familiar with military towns, but I was shocked to see the state of this city. I honestly don’t know why anyone would want to live there, beyond mandatory service. The recommendation for the best authentic Mexican food was given to us by a young Hispanic man. He recommended Chuy’s. Which is both depressing and disgusting. I will be back, to see my child, but I am not happy about prospect of her residence in such a dirty, economically depressed area with so little to offer.

Killeen has a lot to offer all around the area.
Killeen has a lot to offer all around the area. There are lakes/rivers, a zoo nearby, lots of shopping and restaurant choices, military supply and surplus stores and of course the attractions on Ft Hood/Cavazos. Waco is a short drive away for furthering your adventures.
Galaxy Burger and Cajun Shrimp and Grill are a must for some delicious food that will leave you full and wanting more.

This is 3rd visit to Killeen.
This is 3rd visit to Killeen. This time saw alot of different areas of Killeen that I didn't see previously. Impressed! It feels like an up and coming city lots of restaurants. Many friendly people, people who feel pride in their city.
We had a double queen room, which was a great size for our family of 4. We also liked the extra space for morning prep where the sink was, and that the tub and toilet were separated from that area. The room was clean and comfy. The indoor pool and hot tub are quite large and the kids had fun there. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores that would have any necessities you would need. The Mexican restaurant attached served very good food, and the staff at hotel and restaurant were very friendly. We had a very good experience overall.
The location was perfect for our purpose for being in Killeen. Good restaurants and shopping locations were very close by. The hotel was very clean. Since we were only there for the night, we did not get the chance to take advantage hotel amenities. The night staff was very responsive to a bad situation that occurred late that night, and we greatly appreciate them for that.
Ended up here after work booked us in to the oyo murder motel on veterans so to be honest anything would seem better. We're then given this as an option to stay from l due 2 months but chose not. The Travelodge hotels in the uk are way better this is just basically a motel you get what you pay for but it did save us from spending the night in oyo hell
My boyfriend and I stayed here for the holidays. Christmas Day we did go locked out of the hotel due to our keys not working, but Tina helped us and made sure we were back inside and had new keys. If it wasn’t for her we would have left the hotel disappointed.
The hotel is in the area that has a lot of mischief
Everything went fine
Some of the equipment in the room was broken like dresser drawers cabinets. the sleep blankets are the cheap motel ones the staff was friendly very helpful the Wi-Fi work excellent
The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The area that the hotel is in was very close to a lot of shops and close to the highway access road. The coffee at breakfast was delicious.
The quietness, best wifi I've ever had at a hotel, ever. Being close to a creek made gnats a bit of an issue but overall no complaints at all. Just make sure u get a classic room instead of a basic room lol
The bottom floor has kitchenettes but top floor where they moved me doesn’t and cost more so I’m spending way more money than necessary though food apps and the hotel.
