The staff was very accommodating, my sister was in a wheelchair, the front desk rep tried very hard and successfully found us a room on the first floor. Nice personable staff, clean facility, great price , continental breakfast, and good coffee.

Person checking in was pleasant and knowledgeable. Person checking out was setting in a chair talking to someone in the back, I had to make some noise for he would know I was there. The room stunk of a stall order. Bathroom floor was dirty.

The breakfast was good, and had quite a good selection of foods. The one item which was not available was the oatmeal which I always have in the morning. However, we did come just as the breakfast became available, so perhaps it just was not quite ready. The virtual check-in process was great, as well as the digital key. When we entered the room, the television greeted us with a message. The room was very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

I was in Cleburne for a Wood Carving event.
I was in Cleburne for a Wood Carving event. JN Long Culture Center worked well. Nice places to eat in town. Enjoyed Giovanni’s. Had no issues getting around town. I have visited Cleburne in the past. The Texas Woodcarvers Guild Museum is nice.

Room was very clean. The one negative was the staff response at the front desk when I pointed out the hairdryer for the room was missing. This can happen more often when motels like this one no longer attach the dryer to the wall but place it in a loose bag. The staff stated that there were no other hair dryers available and she would have to call offsite management to resolve. Of course this took time while my wife was already in and then out of the shower before we discovered the missing dryer. I suggested to get a dryer from an unused room and then resolve how to handle in the future.EdUnited States of America - 8.0Scored 8.0

I was there for a funeral nearby. Cleburne feels like a comfortable small town but seemed to have lots of variety of food and shopping places. Wish I had time to explore the area more. Didn't care for the toll road but it did make getting up to some locations quicker.

My main purpose was to attend a military collectors meet at the convention center, so I had limited time to site see. However, we did visit Cleburne several years ago for similar purposes. Our biggest disappointment during this visit was the two restaurants we visited while there. Both restaurants were recommended to us by locals. One was located a few miles outside of town and the other was near the town center. We will not visit either one again if we ever have to spend time in Cleburne again. Otherwise, it does not take long to get the hang of traveling around Cleburne. The convention center is nicely done, clean, and conveniently located.AAnonymousUnited States of America

The hotel blamed booking.com; booking.com blamed the hotel and I ended up threatening to call the police for fraud. If you charge me for a king suite, you give me a king suite.
