The person that checked us in was fabulous! The location, cleanliness, and overall condition of the hotel was fantastic. When getting ready to leave the cleaning person proceeded to barge into our room. This was at 8:45 AM and our checkout time was 11 AM. Talk to the manager MYNAN. She was not very sympathetic. Told us this is happened before on busy weekends. We told her she needs to review her process. Her excuse was the do not disturb tag was laying on the floor. We told her doesn’t matter cleaning crew should know what rooms are checking out by 11. She was Nice but felt like we were being blown off. I have called corporate and lodged a complaint. This has happened to us before at another Hilton property. Someone needs to look into this as far as process that is in place to make sure this does not happen. we normally do not complain about anything. But someone needs to know about this and the manager needs to be talked to about it. Thank you very much. We will be coming back again to try another. Stay there as we have friends that moved to that area.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed during our stay. The facilities were stocked and clean, and there was plenty of FREE parking. I also really appreciated the receptionist allowing us a late check-in to our room. The only reason I'm not giving a "10" rating is because there was NO ICE in the ice machine for the duration of our stay (which ended up being 3 full days and nights. We were originally only booked for 1 day, but added to that since we were pleased with the accomodations. Everything was , I'd stay again, and I'd recommend Deerfield Inn to my closest friends/ family members
