Facility provides the necessary amenities and some extras, but sign was visible from the highway, but not very clear, about how to get to the Facility, even with GPS, which Staff mentioned was a small issue, and small signage for the driveway that led to the Facility, but obscured by Restaurant's visibility, for anyone not familiar with the area.

THE AREA WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY! THE HOTEL NEVER PROVIDED MAID SERVICE, REMOVAL OF GARBAGE, VACUUMING, NEW TOWELS OR MAKING THE BED, RESTOCKING THE ROOM. CREAMER RAN OUT FOR BREAKFAST AND WAS NEVER REPLACED. LOTS OF TRAFFIC DURING USUAL COMMUTE TIMES. WENT TO THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY IN HERSHEY WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. NEED TO WARN PEOPLE IT IS ABOUT A MILE WALK TO THE RIDE PART OF THE TOUR FOR THE FACTORY.

Staff was rude, it smelled, kids that live there running around and yelling in the halls. Window didn’t lock. Bed skirt was not changed in weeks, see the picture. Pool is green and covered in a film. (Staff said it been closed for a week only). Had roaches and told staff and I don’t think he really cared. Water and dead bugs under the vending machines, along with trash.

We visited Hershey Park for two days and attended a concert...
We visited Hershey Park for two days and attended a concert at Hershey Park Arena. The park is huge, clean, with lots of attractions for all ages. Our kids were big fans of the water park and probably could have spent the entire two days in that section. Luke Bryan concert was phenomenal and if he returns, we will definitely see him again.
Hotel was exceptional for a Hampton Inn Harrisburg/Hershey. Updated and clean. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained. Appreciated the quiet hours signs as hotel has a tendency to have children running the halls. Wish there was similar sign at outdoor pool area for nighttime activity as children were screaming at 9:45pm (my room was located directly outside). Fire pit area is a nice addition. Front desk personnel and housekeeping staff friendly. Overall a great experience and will be returning.
Everything about this hotel was terrible! The rooms was filthy dirty I switched rooms and that room was just as filthy! Bed sheets was filthy never changed towels and rags was dirty and used and hung back up for the guest before us! When I asked for clean linens the front deck got irritated and asked did I want a refund! We traveled 8 hours and wasn’t able to get no rest! My baby got bite up it was just horrible nightmare!
The room I had was like a 1 bedroom without a dining room and kitchen of course. There's a door that separates the living room from the bedroom, which is awesome! the bathroom was GORGEOUS. And two TVs?!?! Top notch! I also enjoyed the breakfast, ease of parking, and access to Sheetz right across the driveway, which made it easy to get snacks and gas on the way back home.
I wasn’t aware there was a major event going on right next to the hotel, but even with all the chaos from those patrons - the staff kept super friendly and upbeat. Breakfast was easy going first thing in the morning to pop down and grab something before heading off to work. Location is super convenient if needing to travel to downtown Harrisburg for work.
Booking website said breakfast included. The hotel doesn’t do breakfast plus the lady was so nasty and mentioned “breakfast was just complimentary and no longer do it” so the website is false advertising it. Very unhappy specially when traveling with a child. The smell of the front desk was horrific and room carpet was so bad and smelled dirty.
I honestly dont understand what people are looking for when checking into a hotel like this and giving it a bad review. The hotel was clean, smelled great, had comfortable beds large spacious rooms, a pool for us to enjoy, great employees, and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see at a phenomenal price.
A to go breakfast. Room was terrible. The location was close to the water. Not many restaurants near by. We walk several blocks before we found a place to eat. Parking was right at the hotel, but no parking downtown. Our second day we drove over to the other side of the river a found a lovely place called Duke.
The breakfast was good like your normal continental breakfast. The room was booked on the same day that I was searching for some place to stay the night. The hotel was very accommodating and the price was excellent compared to others for a last minute one night stay. I was very satisfied with everything.
A lovely place on the river- so convenient to check-in, comfortable room with a huge bed, parking, delicious breakfast in the central and beautiful building. Very easy to find and park. Friendly staff. Much better value than any of the similarly-priced hotels nearby I'm sure.
This was genuinely one of the nicest hotels i’ve stayed at in a long time. the room was very clean, the bathroom was nice, and the location was perfect. The front desk staff was very friendly, as was the restaurant staff.
easy access off I 81. room was clean and comfortable. price was economical. only complaint is there was no elevator to the second floor; not great carrying suitcases up a flight of stairs when you are in your 70's.
We originally reserved a room for another hotel. After arriving, we were horrified and quickly looked for something else. The Hilton was selected and my family slept well and enjoyed our trip.
It felt dangerous. People loitering. Smelled of pot. Conditions of hotel and room were scary- rundown-dirty. I got back in my car and drove to a holiday in. Express.
Breakfast was very good, included eggs, sausage and juice, and included in a cheap price for the room. Great value for money. I loved the King bed as well.
I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t rate that. But the rooms were very nice yet it was significantly cheaper than similar rooms in other nearby hotels.
