We stayed there as it was a central location to the leather shops we had planned on visiting in neighboring towns. the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was great, very accommodating... we didn't really stay in Springfield, but, it was easy to navigate thru , to get to our destination.. I would avoid nothing,, it was wonderful...

Numerous restaurants available, shops as well. Close to Eugene for even more. Close acesss to Highway 5- a major West Coast highway. Mostly ate in the hotel room, since I was able to pick up groceries during the trip there. Noticed the row of restaurants on the street right near the hotel. Got a quick lunch from Burger King one day. Other eateries are available as well on the same street and there is a bakery-style restaurant in an adjacent area. I may have tried it if in Springfield longer.

Easy chair was stained and soiled on the arms and there was no ottoman for chair as shown in room pictures. Several dark stains on carpet. Cobwebs in the ceiling corners. Not as clean as other Choice hotels we have stayed at. Will probably not stay there again, or recommend.

We didn't stay here!
We didn't stay here! They called us at 12:15 AM when we were just 20 minutes away, after driving 8 hours, to tell us they'd overbooked and they did not have a room for us.
They did books us further south about 3 miles which was fine, but irritating overall!

The room was clean and the service by the staff was excellent. They even came in and made up the bed everyday I was there. Last place I stayed at they didn't do that, maybe because of Covid restrictions, I'm not sure.
Keycard worked perfectly everytime, it was nice to not have a hassle with that everytime I came in.
My room had 2 queen beds, which was less money that a single room for some reason. It was a little small, but since I was alone that wasn't an issue. However, if it had been 4 adults it would have been very cramped, especially since the bathroom was very tiny. Overall though very nice for the price.
The hotel is very clean, very good pandemic protocols in place. Met with a smile and polite staff. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. HVAC control on the wall worked well and kept the room very comfortable and able to turn off at night for a quiet nights rest. The location was just off the interstate with plenty of food options available near by. I would recommend the hotel
The breakfast was good. The staff were excellent. Aaron was exceptional great. He came to our room and made our TV work. He was very patient, kind and friendly. He is an asset to your hotel. The woman who checked us in was also friendly and helpful. My husband and I would recommend Best Western Grand Manor to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, clean, well maintained place to stay.
The staff was amazing. People were being loud in the hallway at night and it was immediately taken care of. I also had an extenuating circumstance and needed to leave my car parked at the hotel, even when my stay was completed. The staff were wonderful and allowed me to park there for a few days. It was a huge relief, as they really went above and beyond to help me out.
Breakfast was not served at this particular hotel it was a studio place where it had stove refrigerator and a sink to wash dishes. What I did like about the place was that each and every person mind they own business. Next time when I come to visit I’m gonna do it all season when people are not coming for the world championship at The University of Oregon
This hotel is a find! It is very unassuming from the outside almost difficult to find. Once inside, I was cheerfully greeted and the desk person was efficient at his job. My room was a surprise for the price of this hotel. Clean, no problems, looked newly remodeled. More than adequate, comfortable. And I am picky! Will stay again:-)
We liked NOTHING about this property, and we were so turned off by the property itself, we would never eat the breakfast they provided. We typically stay at finer hotels, but all were full due to the Nike Outdoor Track event.
This hotel is in a great location. You are able to access many restaurants and shopping places. We were not familiar with the area but it was easy to get around and it wasn't far form the University of Oregon.
The hotel was close to the highway to allow us easy access to and from the hotel. It had good restaurants all around making it a good location to find dinner. All up it met our needs adequately.
The breakfast was perfect! It was nice to get a good start to the day, with a good breakfast, right in the the hotel. The fitness center was small, but it had enough to get a basic workout in.
Very clean hotel, excellent service, nice rooms, has a great breakfast. The pool is cool, I have no words to describe how much I enjoyed it. Excellent pet hotel.. Really fun.
