Internet out of range in our room.
Internet out of range in our room. Television also not getting signal. I tightened cable on television which cured that problem. No one showed up to fix it. Wall light fixture between beds began going on and off. Reported issue, no one checked it out while we were there. Reminded desk clerk of issues at checkout. No response. Liked location but would choose a different place to stay.

I never got my room as well as 3 other ladies never got theirs . The police was called .. it was dirty .. police said the manager does this to customers a lot because they’ve been called a lot .. I want my money back please
The women on the staff Responsible for setting up the breakfast bar were amazing very friendly very welcoming very warm and friendly very professional. Unfortunately the breakfast sucked there was a weird taste. there was a taste like that of the hotel. The hotel smelled really bad The evening front desk team were great very friendly and engaging. There was one woman who had an amazing professional engagement It was on Saturday afternoon around 3PM I wish I had her name.
So that's why I gave it a 9. I would of gave it a 10 but the breakfast was not good. The breakfast sandwiches were cold and stale and didn't have a lot of selections other than waffles. I feel like for how nice the hotel is the breakfast should be a bit more upscale. There should be a hot breakfast like bacon and eggs
I made a reservation through Booking.com. Hotel staff said I didn't have a reservation. Even though I showed my reservation information, he said there was no room and I had to leave without answering any of my questions. My money was not refunded and I was victimized.
One night stay during a road trip. Construction at the hotel so it was a little “dusty.” But the room itself was clean and comfortable. Outside of building was old looking. Located on a major road with easy access to highway and numerous restaurants.
one of the staff was helpful getting me in the hotel bc I'm in a wheelchair and the property is not very accessible friendly. The bed and room were clean and mostly bug free.
Staffs were excellent and very helpful we like the hotel because of its location it's near the highway. There's a few food places within walking distance.
The staff are so friendly and nice! The hotel was centrally located to family and friends in Fairfield, Colerain, Wyoming, Mt Healthy and Loveland areas.
