I simply visited the Bronx because I wanted to attend Amazing Church there. It is vibrant in its own way and there is quite a bit of Latino food that is available, which I had insufficient time to try.

I’m sorry to see how deteriorated is is.

Homeless people and substance abuse issues. It broke my heart. I didn’t feel safe. I was so sad to see so many drug addicts everywhere, and especially near the hotel.

I am very dissatisfied with my stay.
I am very dissatisfied with my stay.
Several complaints were submitted via email.
There has been no action of any kind on any;
Complaints were;
- Refrigerator makes noise at night
- Coffee maker is defective
- a lot of noise late in the evening/night and early in the morning.
- The room was adjacent to the GYM on the other side, Very noisy.
around 7:00 in the morning a noise can be heard.
- Curtains were not blackout.
Notified by email, no action was taken. Or at least, I was allowed to investigate for myself where the noise could be coming from. Downright ridiculous, you have a map of the complex, so that shouldn't be necessary.
As compensation I was offered to check out an hour later.
I thought that was the most disrespectful, complaints were not resolved and not taken seriously.

The proximity to the Subway is the best point about the accommodation.
Taking a deposit yet not allowing joint manager - renter inspections at Check-in and Check-out, is deliberate fraud. At best the manager can blackmail the renter as being responsible for damages that were subsisting prior to Check-in to justify withholding the deposit, which is nothing short of rank dishonesty. Honesty is the best policy.
Deposit must be refunded as per the rules and regulations stated in the conditions for renting the apartment, or else the manager must indicate why no refund.

This area not so good.
This area not so good. Royal hotel was the worst hotel that I ever been to. I was being lazy and didn't want to travel to Manhattan, but I should've known better! Bronx has its stereotypes for a reason. They are usually true.

I had a wonderful stay in the seven day hotel in the Bronx.
I had a wonderful stay in the seven day hotel in the Bronx. It was easy to get around. There’s all sorts of restaurants around you and the greatest part is you can also order and stay in the hotel then they will bring it to you and there’s so much to choose from you will just not know what you want to eat. Great stay I will do it again. Thank you. Seven day hotel. I’ve stayed in Manny and yours will be a memorable one one which I will repeat. We plan to go back once again thank you not to mention the staff was excellent and very honest.
I didn’t like anything about this hotel. I needed a place to stay for the night before my drive home. There isn’t any soap in the bathroom. The towels are dirty and stained. The bed had semen on it and urine stains. When I asked the guy in the little room to change my room he gave my a room that had again semen stains and smelled like cigarettes. This property is horrible and I don’t recommend anyone to stay there. The guy was able to enter my room using a key and there is no latch on the inside for privacy.
Nothing I went over to check into my room but I couldn’t get in because the battery of the thing I was supposed to type in my code wasn’t working than they had me n my wife waiting in the hall way for another room for them to tell us there’s no room available n told us we had to call booking.com to make things worse I couldn’t get in touch with them n by the way we just finished driving 7 hours from buffalo n had to spend another $550 for another hotel
It was super close to the Bronx Zoo we drove so it was a 10 minute drive. The staff went above and beyond bringing our kids a goodie bag for their trip to the Zoo. It was the first hotel we stayed at that we didn’t get a noise complaint from the room below us lol. My kids like to jump and dance and my 4 y/o has some hammer feet. Lastly the view from our room was amazing at night.
The locations was convenient to visit the Bronx and Bronx Botanical Garden. I found my room clean and size was Ok. Price is Ok considering it is NYC. Check in and check out was good and fast. I was lucky to get one parking spot as it is first come first serve basis.
The hotel looks ok outside and lobby installation, the elevator works well, the zone is safe for late arrival, but remember is New York and any place is super safe at all. the Bx5 and Bx44 bus station are super close for transportation.
From the recepcionst to house keeper all the staff was so professioanal and helpfull. Room had good space and very big size TV. Also you can catch good price from booking.com . Not a five star hotel but I can say it's best in Bronx.
Didn’t know you guys offered breakfast as that was not seen during booking of hotel . The shower head was it for me , the lighting in the room also stands out and the bed was super comfortable.. I slept so long 🤗
You forget your in the Bronx when your in the room. It’s a great hotel that could be in Manhattan. The staff was very attentive and polite. I will definitely stay at the Opera house when I go back to the city.
It’s a great hotel and location is fine, it’s not dangerous your coming to New York not the suburbs you know but besides that, safe location, great room always saw staff cleaning and had no complaints at all
New upgrades..Alot of New York hotels are not up to part..Small beds..Cheap frames..No furniture but a rolling car..No comfort..Leak in the chilling in the hallway..Staff good and clean all the got..
The hotel itself is amazing. Excellent staff and service. Nice standard room (one bed) and fabulous superior room with 2 double beds at a higher rate. Small parking garage behind the hotel.
Great value for New York. A short subway ride to the centre. The bunk room was perfect for my son and I - comfortable and quiet. Hotel modern and high spec. Breakfast was good.
