Room was comfortable. Beds were ok. Pillows too soft
Billings OK. My choice of hotel based on price ($95.00) because I was only there overnight. For the price, the hotel was marginal.
I think the staff was trying, but did not have training or equipment. I noticed the maid cart was virtually empty.

The room was good it had everything we needed, but right from the start we had problems, as soon as we arrived we parked on the side of the hotel near our room for ease of luggage handling, our room was a pet friendly room, we were downloading the bags from our car and there was a maintenance guy in the hallway and he immediately complained that our 3 month old puppy was scratching the door and that he was going to cause damage, we told him that we are just arriving "so give us a break". the next morning we left the hotel and we stopped at a gas station where we realize one of the license plates was missing and probably stolen during the night.

Billings is really a great town.
Billings is really a great town. It does have its share of crime, but given its size, it's not unexpected and if you pay attention to your surroundings, it is not hard to avoid. Don't leave valuables in your car and make sure you lock it up and you should be just fine. I lived there for 15 years and only recently moved away. I like to go back, especially in the summer time, there are a lot of things to do and see.

I fell in love with Billings and this pat of Montana.
I fell in love with Billings and this pat of Montana. Probably best time of year (September). Weather was perfect. Mid 50’s in morning and warm in afternoon. Small but with plenty to do. Especially if you love the outdoors!
The hotel was fine for our purposes ( visiting a medical clinic) but expensive ; lobby OK, parking lot is small but we were able to find the last spots ( can access adjacent parking builidng with a walkway that we did not have to use and are reimbursed); rooms were very nice and clean, restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and is on 20th floor so nice view of industrail Billings. Ate across the street , also, at Walkers - very nice.
You really need to clean this place up . It is filthy and my room smelled like wintergreen I had to put my peppermint essential oil on my nose to fall asleep. We didn’t use any of the facility becaue it is so dirty and cheap . These use to be beautiful back in the day when our kids were in school we would stay for their tournaments but I will never stay here or any of the other ones again. Shame on you
It has a long history in Billings. Has been totally renovated twice from ground up. Having two wonderful restaurants accessible from the hotel lobby was fabulous. We used both of them. The lobby was quite large as they used to be one hundred years ago. The valet parking made it very easy. The parking garage attached was awkward.
Nothing the hotel was dirty, things were falling off in our room, our lights shocked us anytime we tried to turn them on due to them falling apart out of the light socket and our door didn’t even latch so someone ended up walking through our door in the middle of the night.
Very good hotel, spacious room. Very friendly and welcoming lady at the reception desk. Yam-yam cookies available. Amenities good, towels etc idem. Nice breakfast. Ample parking space. Next to health and hospital facilities (for those who need that).
First time staying in Billings Mt. we enjoyed our stay at the Boothill Inn, was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tubs and pool while we were there. They also had free ice cream in the evenings and breakfast in the morning. Close to many locations.
Nice comfortable room was waiting for us on our late arrival. Staff was helpful from the get go. Breakfast was nice and our stay was uneventful - that's the best kind. Will definitely stay again our next visit to Billings.
Staff was great!! Room was clean and quiet. I rate this as the best hotel experience of all of my stays in Billings. I will definitely be staying at Extended Stay Suites in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was excellent. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The room was clean and comfortable. The thermostat worked and we were able to have the room the exact temperature that we wanted.
I liked the unusual layout of the hotel with the internal balconies. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a nice ambiance. It seemed to be trying a little harder than the standard hotel chains.
Best hotel in Billings, beautiful facilities, excellent value. Outdoor area very inviting, king suite actually a SUITE with nice kitchen. Breakfast very good
