There is nothing absolutely nothing in Jackson Mississippi to see except for a lot of abandon homes and the side streets are like a disaster zone.. however, the people are friendly but you definitely can expect tension in; people on both sides being racist.

They did not have a reservation for us, but charged my credit card for $44.01. The manager was talking to some people who were renting a room on a full time basis.
I tried to give him the confirmation number and he informed me again that he did not have a reservation for us and to leave.
If I had read the reviews on this nasty place, I certainly would not have given it a second look.
I believe I deserve a refund since he would not even talk to me or try to look up the confirmation number.
Please reply.

The people are extremely friendly, West Jackson was a little rough looking and the roads are in need of repair. Not somewhere I'd stay if visiting again. Maybe in the center of town or downtown area would be more ecstatically appeasing. overall, it is worth a visit or second visit.
The lady at the front desk was very nice, to bad she didn't have a team on the same page. I was robbed I never once heard any employees apologize. They was quick to tell me they watched the camera but they never apologized and kinda made it seem to me as if they was the victim . The hotel have no security and the doors stay open all night. Most of the time front desk is in a room or some where they can't be found. I stay locked out of my room two hours in the am of the night. Indians run this place and they are very rude
The location was good but the sat nav takes you to the wrong address I had in car and tom-tom both took me to wrong location.A local told me the directions but said I had the right postcode but it covered a new build area and was a common problem for delivery trucks. But once we found it it was a good location and hotel was fine. We set off early next morning so didn't get much chance to explore what the hotel had to offer but there was plenty of food outlets around.
This was the second time we stayed at this Hilton in a week's time. The room was dated, but comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway. The clerk at check-in was very friendly and very helpful, letting us know where we could go to get a meal, so we didn't have to pretend we were Daniel Boone searching for a place to eat. The parking area was lighted well at night.
The bathroom in lobby was nasty, my tub was nasty, my coffee maker was broken. The hotel had a foul odor.. it was just not pleasant at all. The staff was cordial .. no southern hospitality but that was fine. I drove 12 long hours to come to a hotel that lacked Quality. Needless to say .. I wont return.
The room was neat and clean: there plenty of towels on hand for us; the beds were comfortable; the hotel was quiet; the staff was very friendly; the breakfast was hot and fresh; plenty of choices from hot or cold options; check in / check out was simple.
We definitely enjoyed our stay.
Staff at check in was amazing. She provided us with cookies and towels for the pool. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was refreshing after 10 hour drive. Breakfast was plentiful and the attendant helped with the grandkids plates. Service on this hotel was above and beyond.
Staff was very friendly. The location was great. We booked this room due to my infant having surgery at the nearby hospital and it only took us 8 mins to get to the hospital from the hotel. If ever we are back in that area again I will book with this hotel.
Our stay was excellent! Your staff was so helpful and welcoming during check-in. Dinner breakfast was great. Our room was wonderful. Your facility was great but your staff was amazing. If we are ever in Jackson we will definitely plan to
Stay with you
Excellent hotel -probably best room (really small suite) of our Southern tour. We stayed Sunday night - roof bar not open but receptionist bought us drinks. Lovely terrace for breakfast
I really like the professional and friendly staff. The front desk attendant was extraordinary. The hotel is located in an area walkable for fast food. That was a major plus.
I didn't get the room because when I paid online I get to the hotel and it was a sign at the front desk and that there was no occupancy so I ended up not getting any room
