Very affordable and good location. Clean and comfortable
Overall Gulfport is a beautiful place to visit. So much to do...rather fishing walking in the very nice parks, lodging on the beach eating or going to the casino. And let's not forget shopping at the Outlet mall. It really is a nice vacation spot. Wild wings is very affordable and has very good food. Texas Roadhouse is a good one as well. There was nothing extremely negative about this trip.

Clean room with a comfy bed at a good price.
Clean room with a comfy bed at a good price. Breakfast was solid and coffee was actually pretty decent. Heater in the room was loud and cycled on multiple times per hour making getting a good night sleep challenging.

Gulfport is wonderful!
Gulfport is wonderful! Area restaurants are great, always someplace to go for good music and seafood! Traffic is easy to work with. Some public transportation for local things. Try to fly into Gulfport/Biloxi instead of New Orleans. Easy drive (85 min.) to NOLA.

Beach was OK. Water is not good at all.
Beach was OK. Water is not good at all.
If you get a late start going out at night, you might want to make plans in advance to make sure you can find a place to eat. We were there on Memorial Day. Nothing was going on, there wasn’t any traffic- no people roaming around, nothing!! Activity centers closed at 10pm.

I love Gulfport!
I love Gulfport! The outlets are there, casinos, beach and lots of nice places to eat. There are plenty of things to do for everyone. It is only four hours from where I live so not a bad weekend trip! The outlets have lots of nice shops to shop at. It is really big. The have casinos in town if you are into that. They have endless hotels, restaurants, lovely beach and places to shop. You are not far from New Orleans if you want to go into Florida so all the way around a central area. I love it!

I was so hard to find at night.
I was so hard to find at night. We saw it from I-10, but for the life of me, we could not figure out how to get to the front of the motel. We tried the Flying J and Wendy's, but I guess we had to work around Wendy's. It was too dark to even be sure of the road and then it had turns that were hard to see.
The only two things I enjoyed about the stay was the hotel host she was superb! My room was cancelled when I got there because my number had changed when they tried to contact me but she went above and beyond to help me recover my reservation. My hotel keys were not working and we were not able to get into the hotel but once again she went above and beyond to help me and my husband.
The room and the rest of the hotel was clean. The receptionist at the desk, Buddy, was friendly and very accommodating. He was able to direct us to different places to eat, explaining how to get there. He took the time to help us out, which I can say that some other places we stayed at, the personnel did not.
The Best Western Seaway Inn is a very beautiful hotel and property.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. shower has plenty of hot water. Access is easy coming off I 10. Traffic was very busy but coming and going wasn’t a problem.
The rooms were decent, offering a fair level of cleanliness and comfort, making it suitable for a single night stay. Moreover, the hotel's attractive rates make it a budget-friendly option for those looking for a cost-effective accommodation choice.
The first room we got smell lots like weed
The 2 one was dirty I was too tired to complain got really bad neighbors call the front desk she went and told them to keep it down but didn't made no difference couldn't get any rest
Pet friendly and accessible from the interstate - although it is indicative of people nowadays, the area was not "picked-up" after and many pet droppings were around the area. Clean in the room and pet friendly though.
Nice Staff, great breakfast, lots of parking places and a nice, cozy room. We liked a lot, and would love to stay again. A very nice place to stay if you plan to go shopping at the Gulfport Premium Outlet.
Room was nicely renovated, staff was very friendly, and hotel staff took security seriously with hotel being in a rougher area. Location is near airport and was pleasant for a short stay. Decent value.
The breakfast was nice. The staff was amazing. The rooms were well cleaned and the beds were super comfortable. We will be staying again, whenever we are in Gulfport.
