Very welcoming office staff. They could not have been more accommodating…going above and beyond.
Pools were really nice and clean. Room was wonderful. Everything spotless. Fantastic modern bathroom. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows.
Breakfast had numerous options.Coffee and tea available 24/7! Nice to visibly see cleaners and maintenance workers taking care of the hotel even the windows above the indoor pool.
My wife and I liked everything about our stay there.
We felt safe and would certainly stay there again if we get up that way.
This hotel is a best kept secret!

The only positive note was my interaction with an assistant manager named Adam who responded to my complaints and handled the situation with competence and empathy.

South Yarmouth was a place to stay while we were visiting with family. It was a great location. Folks were very friendly -- especially the checker at Job Lots. Much was closed for the winter, but all the necessities were close. I would recommend the Whydah Museum for older kids.

Good "setting off" location to see Cape Cod.
Good "setting off" location to see Cape Cod. We drove the length of the Cape - also easy to make boat trip to Martha's Vineyard.
Not that many shops/restaurants in the immediate area, but we found the local stop-and-shop very useful (and the liquor store!).
The South Yarmouth beach is really perfect to walk along; endless sand, big sky, not that many people about.

Enjoyed red jacket resort but 25 a night for parking was a bit much, Booked with booking .com and after getting home I did read the fine print that told me that. Crazy to pay to park no matter how you book it, not impressed that we were not informed at check in. Requested
ground floor but first night was 2nd floor. no elevator. I cannot do stairs due to arthritis in knees and ankles. Luckily we were able to change to a ground floor room. Microwave in the room would be awesome so you can eat your take home dinner ,A real coffe maker , not kurig would be nice. But in all we enjoyed the resort

Although it was off-season, there were still businesses open, including a wonderful Irish pub, O'Shea's. The food was amazing and there is Irish music every Saturday night, I can't wait to return!!! There's a public beach just down the road a bit, maybe a 5 min drive, which was nice for a walk. People are very friendly too. I like the off-season - much less crowded.

Room 16 was spotless clean. But is dated property.
Room 16 was spotless clean. But is dated property. Stench of cleaner/disinfectant residue was overpowering. Plastic, springy, squeaky bed was intolerable. Outdoor pool is unheated, unfiltered with plenty of organic material floating on it.
Disgusted with my decision to stay at Escape Inn. Called it a pre-paid loss, promptly left property and found another hotel to stay the night.
Buyer beware!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Escape Inn.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Escape Inn. The managers were very kind and helpful and were eager to take care of any needs that we had.
Our room was spotless and although small, was very bright and nicely furnished. If ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-run establishment.
The staff were so friendly. Everyday they were taking care of the building and grounds like it was their own. I have never stayed at a hotel that was so clean and tidy. Such a comfortable stay I felt like I had been away for a month! not a week.
Other people there were repeat customers and they all commented on how awesome the Surfcomber is. They are right. This hotel is awesome. Right on the beach with a pool, nice lounges and tables with umbrellas. Very quiet as well. I will definitely be back.
All Seasons Resort is centrally located on the Cape in South Yarmouth. The staff is professional, friendly, and always accessible.
The size of the rooms are moderate and have been updated recently. The included breakfast is a nice touch with a better selection than other hotels in the area. A nice outdoor pool area is well maintained and offers both plenty of sun and shade. An added touch is the gazebo.
Rates were reasonable.
This has more of a hotel than motel vibe, the room was very big and the beds were super comfortable. Check in was smooth and we had everything we needed. Huge breakfast spread including every possible pastry, yogurts, cheeses and meats, and fresh cut fruit. The pool was a very nice temperature and pool towels are provided.
The breakfast was excellent great variety and very neat and clean. The grounds were different than most of the other hotels and motels it had trees, plants, and grass which made it more appealing. The pool was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely go back.
Location and amenities. The food at the Grill and restaurant were excellent and reasonably priced. We had unseasonably warm weather for end of September and thoroughly enjoyed the chaises meticulously set up for their guests on the beach. The staff was very accommodating and friendly!!
We had a very relaxing stay at the Red Jacket. The property was very well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpfull, and our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view and easy access to the beach! We will return to this Hotel again !!
Room was very clean. The sheets were very fresh and crispy. Housekeeping certainly knows how to make a bed. I should know I used to work in a hotel. I liked the reminder signs throughout the building reminding of the health protocols.
The view was amazing from most of the room. Right on the beach and both pools were heated and very clean. My room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and suggested some great restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
The host, Carol, seemed like a nice person; she and the staff were friendly. The shower area was nice. South Yarmouth doesn't have much to offer, but it's location does allow you to get to other parts of Cape Cod easily.
