Located 1.9 mi from Downtown Shreveport, this all-suites hotel features spacious accommodations with 42-inch flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. All guests have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub.

The breakfast was mediocre. The menu was the same both days: scrambled eggs and sausage. We paid a bit more for the room because it included breakfast, but it wasn't at value to justify higher pay.

They property has recently been bought last 6 months and they are really clean and nice the only negative thing is Pollows. We went and bought pillows but this property was very clean great location to everything 10 minutes to river 5 minutes to the bossier arena 5 minutes to Walmart! Lol we all need a Walmart close. The breakfast was good and area was clean. Great Price! Would stay again. They are newly reopening so everything seems New and working on things that aren’t. Give this place 5 stars.

Bossie City is ok but the Boardwalk is a complete failure.

Bossie City is ok but the Boardwalk is a complete failure. Five or so years ago it was a thriving shopping center now it is just a ghost town with a few restaurants and a Bass Boat store. It could return to its past glory with better management and a little quality marketing and rental recruitment. I have high hopes of its return.

I really didn't appreciate the fact that I booked and paid for a non smoking room with a king bed in advance and when I got to the property they didn't honor my reservation and gave me a room with double beds instead with no microwave or refrigerator!! Who does that maybe a lower rated hotel but I never expected that from them and they tried to charge me for an upgrade that wasn't my fault!!!

It probably could’ve been a really great opportunity.

It probably could’ve been a really great opportunity. This was our first visit ( and our anniversary). We experience began very well with the hotel receptionist, she went above & beyond. The next day upon trying to check out, we had major significant problems and issues. The onsite Management team appeared to have a lack of clear management, leadership, communications. They literally lost my car! The Staff actually stated, “we are not able to find or locate it” We aren’t sure what happened. Hotel Staff stated they did not have it. I left it there with the valet attendant yesterday. Provided description, and the tag gave us. It was not ever actually valeted BUT was left on the street, unattended with my personal effects inside, unlocked, and with the windows 1/2 down - Key fob inside!! We were not happy for obvious reasons; however, until I told them we would be required to file with local state authorities and federal authorities due to living in Texas, and being in Louisiana. They did not even make much effort to assistant not taking responsibility or offering to you know, replace repair or even reimbursed fees for my valet car that was left unattended on the streets of Shreveport with a State badge and ID in it, and definitely did not make me feel safe or secure. If I not had been with my husband, I am not sure I would’ve contacted local authorities to enlighten them of the city’s need of additional security. I most likely would not recommend it to any one traveling alone, especially females but I also believe that everybody has bad days; therefore, I am not saying we personally would not possibly give this establishment the Ben of doubt and at least one more chance, Before stating I (we) will never return or recommend.

That was the worst hotel of ever stayed at in my life. Everything was filthy and nothing worked. The sinks didn’t drain, the bathroom door didn’t shut, the bathroom had bodily fluids everywhere, The tub did not work, The air conditioner hardly worked, there was bugs everywhere, The blankets had cigarette burns in them, The lock on the door was broken. If we weren’t evacuated and literally had nowhere else to go we would’ve slept in our van. I have never stayed in somewhere so vile in my life.

the rooms were very nice and all of the staff was great. I had 2 issue with one of the craps dealers ( i don't remember her name) but i wrote it off to her maybe having a bad day and the guy taking the orders at the deli ( i didn't get his name) was rude to one of the women in our party. My wife asked me to leave it alone and not make an issue of it. Besides that our stay was great.

Welcoming and friendly staff. We were given a good recommendation for places to eat which was only across the road (we got a 10% discount by showing our hotel pass) Great selection of breakfast - sausages, scrambled egg, make your own waffles, corn grits, oatmeal with numerous choices for toppings and more, it was great) Good location.

We were given a brown bag of items to eat for break. All cold. Not given an option to pre choose. We had a hard time finding our rooms. No elevators. Hot room. No room service. Will not stay again!!! Only nice thing was the lobby. The rest of the hotel didn't seemed like it belong to the hotel.

The place was filthy and smelled horrible. TV did not work. Took them almost an hour and a half to decide to switch me to another room which was just as filthy. There was a small roach in the sink. It is the worst hotel I have ever been at.
