The customer services was heinous toward me and my family. *My room was cold *The food was old moldy oranges *Its was melted ice cream in the freezer from the last guest *the front desk lady Nancy threaten to call the police on me for asking for extra muffin bc the oranges was moldy and she made reference toward me as if I am a person off the street.

The restaurant's were WONDERFUL!! The people were nice, and the views were lovely! I wish I could have stayed longer! Try the Lazy Dog Eat and drink!! The food was perfect!! The staff was superior, and the atmosphere was top notch!!

Even when you book and pay with a credit card, they place a $20 per day charge on your card. I asked for a copy of my bill when we checked out and the clerk wouldn’t give me one. Got home and checked my card and the total is $60 more than booking.com told me. Called and a girl that doesn’t care told me it will come off in a few days and to keep checking it! Ridiculously bad customer service

I enjoyed the convenience of the location; near shopping...
I enjoyed the convenience of the location; near shopping stores and restaurants. Much to my surprise, we discovered there was a carnival in town...very nice btw. What I didn't like...I wasn't able to find a place to drink and dance close by. If there is such a place, then please add it to a website for ppl like me looking to extend their night. But, all in all, I had a really nice time.
