Best thing were the 2 young ladies at the front desk who greeted us on a rainy day when there was no electricity probably due to the weather. They were pleasant! made sure we could get in. explained what may happen, cleared up any confusion and were welcoming. When going out they were vigilant about making sure the doors would work for us (especially the one from Jamaica) sorry I did not get their names. The town seems to have every thing we needed.

The property was very dirty and nasty looking. People hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed and prostitution going on. The carpet was very dirty. Roaches near the elevator area. No place decent to eat except fast food though the IHOP was clean and decent. Union City This is not known as a particularly Safe area but my only choice because I did find a place that accepted dogs.

Food delivery from local restaurants was terrible. The local Pizza Hut was out of diet drinks or tea. Customer service was lacking. Another restaurant Pizza Wings delivered an order two hours late via Grubhub and was missing items. Worst place to eat is in union city apparently.

Horrible . Do not waste your time coming here. When I got there the person from the don’t desk told me my reservation wasn’t there. So he made me call booking to solve the problem which lasted 2 hours . The same thing happened to another person that checked in . I ended up having to book another room and cancel my current one. There was also only one person working at the front desk which made it harder to check in. The second day, the key didn’t work. So me and my husband got locked out of the room along with two other people on the same floor. I never had an experience like this in another hotel . I guess I should of listened to the reviews before booking here .

Union city was fine.
Union city was fine. It was the country earth hotels that was horrible. No breakfast in the morning as advertised room was filthy from top to bottom. Room at the hotel was extremely dirty. The hotel indicated that booking.com did not have to be honored. However hotel indigo was fantastic. The memorial for Olympian Charles Foster was well done and well received.DelmerUnited States of America

The police came to the hotel twice in the middle of the night and the fire dept. once. I left at 5 am because I was scared. There was no one to check out with and I've been trying to cancel the reservation since. Never again!!!
