After leaving my father's death bed, we were involved in a horrible car crash and were forced to choose this hotel. The next morning, we encountered a female employee that locked my son in the breakfast room while dining and started an argument with him because he commented that it was a fire hazard. When he wanted to let my daughter in to dine, the employee became even more rude and ended up assaulting my daughter and myself. We did not call the police, due to the manager's promise to discipline the employee and an offer to discount our next night's stay.

The hotel is old and run down.

The hotel is old and run down. The room was dark, cramped and dirty. Grubby handprints on doors, stains on sheets, hairs in bed. Kitchen facilities in the dirty bathroom. The room smelt. The breakfast was disgusting.

Cordele has seen better times in the past.

Cordele has seen better times in the past. Old run-down buildings were everywhere. The train which can be rode every other Saturday is probably the only thing worth doing in that city. We only stopped there to cut our long trip to Florida in half. We even had trouble finding food. The restaurant "The Rail House" was inviting and turned out to be very good but not exactly cheap either (big city beer prices).

I stayed at this property while moving from Florida to Wisconsin, and it was a peaceful place. The girls at the front desk were not the friendliest and didn't seem to want to be there; however, the property manager was Amazing - very friendly, checking on everyone. I wish everyone had her customer service and work ethic! The room was very comfortable, and the room service girl was also amazing - very customer service oriented. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and had tons of shopping, coffee, etc. in close proximity.

My husband and I were traveling home to Florida from a trip to Northern Georgia and witnessed a terrible accident that caused us to be re routed. We were shook up and tired when we arrived and the woman at the desk got us checked in quickly and efficiently. Our room was close and spotless, beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed for our one night stay.

How my brother was treated was unacceptable. I rented him a room for 2 nights online because he has no heat. He walked to the breakfast area asking for coffee for his room since they didn't leave any, and the staff started yelling at him no and that he couldn't have breakfast either. I paid in advance for his room and if I had known the staff was going to discriminate against him based on his appearance I would have found another hotel.

Nice that the hotel was right off of I-65 which is what was a priority for us. Bed was very comfortable. Cannot comment on the breakfast since we checked out prior to start time. Was nice to be able to walk over to Cracker Barrell for dinner, was tired of driving.

I expected a nice hot breakfast that had before at this location. Handed a brown bag. Disappointed to have to pay for breakfast away from hotel before going on our train ride for the day.

Skipped breakfast-with no hot options due to virus. East side of hotel too noisy with I-75 traffic. Should have ask for West side of building.

The hotel is under renovation, so don’t let that deter you from this location. The rooms are much nicer than the front.
