The scent of wet carpet, was my initial impression. We were delayed in arrival 3am check in, very tiring. I requested a change in rooms an was quickly accommodated. I accidentally left a bag in the room closet.secured on a shelf in the closet Rm 306. Only the house keeper who cleaned the room had access but because it wasn't reported I was advised my matter would be reported on Monday. I was very disappointed with your company's protocol or lack there off. Acquiring the items was difficult for me (2mugs from Sacramento Airport and a tee shirt). I felt violated. My experience with the laundry mat - needs to be made easier. For international travelers who don't wish to download apps on their phones just to wash a load of clothes I think is extreme. Location . Price . Room 337 was given to us for our 10 day stay . We had asked for a quiet room when we booked with Booking.Com and also when we checked in . Far away from outside doors , banging shut , and far away from Noisy ice machine on each floor . We would pick that room when we return. The Kohler shower was one of the best ever . Not a power shower , but adequate flow . The overlapping shower doors kept the bathroom floor very dry . We stayed in the Courtyard for the full 10 days we were in Fort Lauderdale 🥳
