My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel out of pure luck. I had to visit a doctor to have a procedure done and my husband booked here because it was the cheapest decent hotel. When we arrived I thought he splurged. He assured me it was cheap lol. This place was wonderful, bonus is they give you 2 free drinks for everyday you stay...bartender makes them strong too...they also give you free chips and salsa, free cheese and crackers, free cookies, and a bag of chips. The rooms are huge, the shower is awesome, the beds are comfy, coffee maker and tea bags, has a microwave. Theres a 6 ft deep pool Really what more could you want?

Main thing with this hotel was price inconvenience.
Main thing with this hotel was price inconvenience. It’s right across the street from my office and I come down this way once a month. It’s close to a Starbucks and everything in the gardens and on US one. It’s clean adequate comfortable enough I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but overall my state was good.

The hotel was great, but Booking.Com didn't tell them they promised us free breakfasts--which the hotel doesn't normally offer because it has a restaurant that is open for breakfast.
So if you book, don't count on a free breakfast. Or just book on the Hilton/DoubleTree web site.

We went to Prosecco Cafe for brunch one day and it was great! Otherwise, don't miss the Food Shack (and sister restaurants, Hibiscus StrEatery and Leftovers Cafe)! They are all soooo delicious: Hibiscus is also a fish market with super fresh fish to take with you for dinner. Publix is nearby in Mirasol.

This junior suite was spacious and well furnished. We had a large refrigerator-freezer, 2 electric burners and pots and pans, plus a microwave, dishes and utensils. The rest of the room consisted of a small living-dining area and a large king-sized bed which was extremely comfortable. The room and property are well maintained. You can ask for extra towels for the pool for example and the staff are helpful and efficient.
Definitely a very good choice of hotel with restaurants within walking distance.
The environment is calm.
The room was just the perfect one bedroom suite. A bit on the older furniture side, really could use an update. The bed definitely needs to be changed, not comfortable at all. Hotel itself was clean, I didn’t have much interaction with staff. My check in could have been a bit more customer friendly. 5 minutes from the turnpike and just about 1 minute from i95. Close to just about every eatery, an A for such convenience.
I saw a couple swans in the fountain lobby. A pleasure to just stand for a couple minutes and watch.
The breakfast was great. The place was spotless clean. the food wonderful. You need to work on the coffee. Pretty bad and I am a big coffee drinker. The staff was outstanding and helpful in so many ways.
We were there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Immediately the staff upgraded us to a suite. I have traveled all over the world and have never seen such a clean, neat, impressive hotel. We hope to go back. The clerk that checked us in, Brandon, was outstanding in customer service.
Breakfast is has meet as standard. The hotel provide 1 meat menu in each day and the menu is changed everyday which is good. BTW I prefer more meat :) The lady who prepare breakfast is helpful and serve us well.
Hotel is in quite place but secure. Large and free parking. Bed is large and so comfortable. When you close all curtain, the room is dark which is good for sleep.
There is a small gym and swimming pool.
Not expensive when compare to other hotels nearby.
The hotel itself and the grounds were really nice! The pool area is large with lots of chairs and umbrellas. I really enjoyed eating at Birdie's Diner! The food was great and a bit more affordable. The hotel also has a free shuttle that will take you within a 5 mile radius. I do not golf and can't comment on the courses.
We needed an accessible room that would accommodate 3 people
The hotel had an amazing 1 bedroom king suite with a pull out couch. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Carla and Harrie at the front desk and the maintenance man Kardem .The rooms and property were very clean and the pool area was nice and relaxing.
Really bad experience, it was not clean, a lot of smoking odor, beds are terrible and the bathroom very dirty. Property looks very disappointment for the price compare to hotels near by. I will not recommend this as a hotel. Really bad really dirty incredible how is in booking available rooms like this.
This was just a stop for us on the way to Hollywood FL. Great breakfast, clean room, friendly stuff. There are train tracks not far from the hotel, but the walls/windows are pretty good insolated. Free parking. Nothing special, but served the purpose.
It's pet friendly but everything is kept clean and nice by the staff.
That it's easy to find everything we need.
That it's in the area my kids live.
We had a health issue and the hotel people worked with us on booking as well as check-out.
Best Hotel in Palm Beach near to everything, also with a lot of buitiful trees along the water lake with many wild Birds like Ducks and a stretch of walking path along with many relaxing seats along the edge.
Location too points outside of west palm beach. Outside pool and hot tub was nice to sit and lounge. Best during the week. It filled with kids on the weekend.
Standard fare from Hilton with a well presented and equipped hotel. The room was spacious and clean although the black out blind had escaped its runners.
