I was looking for a peace of mind but still couldn’t quite get that. I like that I was able to spend time with my dog. Although, I could not relax for some reason…Idk maybe because of the tub not draining the water, it smells like cigarettes in the room, still had to contact the staff in person which I was trying to avoid during this stressful time. I couldn’t really sleep most nights because there were people being loud in the hallways and also my dog kept barking at everyone that he heard walk by. I’m just writing an honest review. I like the two employees, the person that checked me in and the person that checked me out. I enjoyed looking at the pool. The tv had cable, I was quite happy with that. Just a few things they should work on. Appreciate the stay. Thank you!

We were there for my Aunt's 95th birthday.

We were there for my Aunt's 95th birthday. We had family close by and it was easy to get around. Loved the ice cream parlor Cherry Smash! Not only was the Death by Peanut Butter ice cream heavenly, the space was amazing. So many fun things to look at! We also loved the casino's, the Calder was our favorite! An older casino but the chances of winning were better.

Terrible. NO breakfast, pools, housekeeping ( cleaned only when u check out), cockroach in room, have to ask for everything including toilet paper, rain leaking from ceiling, holes in ceiling near front desk,DO NOT enforce local requirements of wearing face mask. I think you got the picture!!

Coral Springs itself has a prime location.

Coral Springs itself has a prime location. It’s very close to the Everglades. Technically, it’s already in them, on the very northern edge. It’s close to beaches, the Keys, airports, and many attractions. It’s somewhat of a confusing town to a traveler. You think you’re still in Coral Springs only to realize that you’re in Tamarac, Coconut Creek, Margate, etc. I found it hard to tell where Coral Springs ends, and the next town begins. I would recommend staying in this town though. It’s a beautiful place, and the people are friendly. Although, I will say this...I found most people in Coral Springs to be less polite and cheerful than elsewhere I visited in Florida. Still, people were nicer than the majority of places I have been.

For freelance work, the hotel was adequate and everything was accessible by walking. You have a wellsfargo, chase, and bank of america nearby, a restaurant next door (Pei Wei) and a few others right across the street. If you go south on Univeristy, there are plenty of places to eat from local pubs and eateries to more known franchises such as Chiptole, Arbys, Wendys, etc. The library is right across the street as well. The area is very relaxed and as a nighttime photographer i never felt i had to rush my shots or that i was in any sort of danger. I recommend this for a few days definitely if you are here for work. It is very convienent.
