This hotel and stay was our best ever. Rooms are clean and comfortable and soooo cute. The staff all were helpful, friendly with wonderful smiles.
Our only issue is that we drive a large truck that was tight to park but all worked out. Would love to plan another visit as soon as possible.
Thank you to the entire staff

Thus was the worst hotel for the price we've ever stayed in.
Thus was the worst hotel for the price we've ever stayed in. There were roaches in our room, had to keep asking for towels because there were none in the room and we were there for four days. We were able to switch rooms after the first night of complaining of roaches in the room. The bugs were also in the second room as well but figured by then it was a roach motel. Will not stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone. I did get the picture of the roaches because they ran. But was able to get the picture of the wall outlet hanging by the wires in the floor.

Merced seems like a nice town.
Merced seems like a nice town. I thought it was safe and the people were friendly. Though I didn't really come to enjoy the town itself but rather to go to Yosemite National Park. So the proximity to the park is great.

I love the place but it looks deserted.
I love the place but it looks deserted. It's hard to walk around if you don't have a map. a car or navigation. I have to drive to Union City Best Buy just to buy laptop because I can't find any laptop in Merced, Modesto and Stacy.
I found comfort in Denny's restaurant. I thank them for their out door service.

I really liked that there were restaurants close by.
I really liked that there were restaurants close by. The one I had breakfast at was full of country goodness. I stuffed myself on grilled pork chops with a side of cinnamon fried apples, country red skinned potatoes loaded with red and green bell peppers and onions, creamy grits topped with bacon and cheese and a HUGE homemade biscuit. If you haven't figured out where I'm talking about...its Black Bear Diner! And the coffee was HOT! 🥰
I’ve stayed at several hotels and days in never disappoints. They set the standard when it comes to hotels and it’s consistent across the board! Clean rooms , generally quite , comfortable beds , other cheaper hotels almost always have very hard uncomfortable beds. It never fails me wherever I go . I always have a very good experience and it’s a hotel I can trust and rely on every time ! Thank you !
Great place, great location, great staff, great room, modern, cozy, clean... facility was more than excellent! Checking in and out was easy; the guys there were extremely friendly and helpful, and it was easy to find a parking lot and a really great location on the main street. Did not expect such a great hotel & service in a relevantly smaller city like Merced.
The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioner. was set properly. The bathroom was very clean. Swimming pool was in good condition and very clean. But the best we liked was a breakfast. It had variety of food . Tasty!!! It was professionally prepared. It was the best breakfast in California's hotels/motels in which I stayed
A lovely hotel in the heart of Merced which felt like great value for money compared with other places I stayed on my travels. Hotel restaurant was good but plenty of other places within walking distance.
The guy working when I arrived, I think his name was Andrew, was GREAT. I got there in the middle of the night & he went out of his way to help me. He was the only positive thing at this Motel 6.
Really nice, updated hotel. Kind of an odd location but convenient. They accommodated my request for a quiet room. The common area in the lobby is quite large and nicely decorated.
Nice little hotel with really kind and welcoming staff. Was the perfect place for an overnight to San . Breakfast was pretty good, and was nice to have it included in the price.
