Though the staff was friendly, the facilities were grimy. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years (Even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking facility), had no soap, no towels and was disgusting.

If Breakfasts included in the price is an important factor, do not choose this hotel. Honestly it was just like any average hotel. It was within close driving distance to restaurants. You will also pay an additional $15 each day for parking. When a hotel lists breakfast included and you don't get it, either Booking.com has the problem or the hotel does. It became our problem at any rate. In either case we did not get one, drove down the street and paid $68 at an ordinary Waffle house for eggs, bacon and waffles.
$300 overnight stay is expensive... period.

Not clean, and dated rooms that need remodeling / updating.
Not clean, and dated rooms that need remodeling / updating. Noisy complex, and breakfast was not very good.
Front desk check-in girl was not very welcoming, and needs to improve her attitude.

Typical American suburban banality evidencing aged property and a growing inequality beside a highway ditch away from airport situated between Suburban sprawl, overpriced homes and apartments, shops and business parks in Silicon Valley Tech World.

I liked how helpful the staff was when we checked in.
I liked how helpful the staff was when we checked in. Although the price seemed too high. The nite staff proved it was too high. And when it came time to check out, there was absolutely no assistance for disabled guests. And no breakfast, for the price of the room, breakfast and parking should have been included along with the concierge svcs.

This hotel is located next to restaurants/shops/theater and we enjoyed that. Unfortunately, without alerting us, a high school reunion event was located within a few feet of our window. The music/DJ and people talking was so loud that it felt as though they were in our room with us. When we complained to the front desk, we were told, "It will be over at 10." It made it impossible to watch tv or read for hours. Also, the toilet bowl did not automatically fill up whenever flushed, and had to be manipulated manually. We have stayed in numerous DoubleTree hotels and this one was a big disappointment.

I was there for a scientific seminar - other than being a very modern - almost "Japanese" environment, I really wasn't there very long. There was a horrible traffic jam all the way home from the freeway entrance ramp all the way to Stockton. I like the mass transit options that are in the area.
Location was great. 5 mins to campbell town on one side, 5 mins to pruneyard shopping center and just across campbell park for some fresh air.
Room was well equipped for that size. microwave to heat food, refrigerator to keep things cool, i love the water boiler/coffee machine. The housekeeping lady... always very cheery and helpful. Counter staff too. Had a great stay.
Clean straightforward business hotel. comfortable couch, fridge and bed. Wi-Fi worked and front desk check in and out was efficient. Parking across the street was included. Walking distance to a great town center full of restaurants, grocery. Right next to freeway exit and also quiet and not crowded.
The location is convenient if you are on a business trip and need to stay in Campbell area of San Jose. The hotel is next to several shops and bars/restaurants which is a bonus. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. Car park is in front of the hotel, it can be busy though.
The entire staff was very helpful and personable. They made me feel welcomed. Front desk staff Kristyn was exceptionally helpful, warm, and pleasant. The hotel grounds and rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I will definitely visit this hotel again.
The Staff is so SINCERE. They are very Disability Friendly. Each Employee is attentive and considerate to make your stay comfortable and Guest Happiness matters to them. This is My Favorite Hotel in the Bay Area very quiet!
The hotel is quiet and clean. The location is fantastic within walking distance of both The Pruneyard and downtown Campbell. The location is fantastic! There was also a level of security at the hotel that made me feel safe.
very good hotel with large rooms, polite and respectful receptionists, and clean rooms. In general, it is an affordable place to stay. It is easy to find restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood.
Beautiful hotel. Very classy for such a good price. Beautiful decor, room and bathroom were huge. Staff was pleasant and helpful. A real diamond in the rough. I highly recommend it.
I liked the location was near so many eateries and stores. The hotel room was cozy and smelled clean. The location itself was beautiful. Parking was perfect too!
