We visit there at least once a year around our anniversary or birthday's. It's a beautiful town and we love the people that live there. We always eat at Sow's Ear and also go wine tasting at near by Paseo Robles. This town never disappoints.

Cumbria is old, sort of worn out, However everything is overpriced. Few hotels offer any type of breakfast other then room coffee machine. Nice for a day tip. Not worth staying over for high prices of rooms and restraints.

    Cambria is a cute town.

Cambria is a cute town. We thought it was just a drive thru street. But the town is larger than what you see. We walked the town and shopped. Several wine tasting shops and antique stores. We were in town for the Cambria Christmas Market, what an adventure. I am so glad we went and recommend to anybody who is in the area at Christmas time. Affordable. Shuttle pickup makes this adventure an easy leisurely stroll. We also went to the 2 cemeteries in town. The town cemetery is old and pleasingly decorated by the families.

    It was an amazing place!

It was an amazing place! The environment, the peacefulness, the ocean, the helpful people, delicious breakfast and delicious complimentary wine... Everything was absolutely amazing. The location makes you feel like you're in heaven. Hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Me and my dog will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything.

    Quaint coastal town.

Quaint coastal town. Pleasant views from the boardwalk and clothing short drives to other destinations whether on coastal 1 or headed inland to wineries or pumpkin or lavender farms. 2 to 3 days is plenty of time to take in the surrounding sites and enjoy the rest and relaxation as we deploy from the hustle and bustle of SoCals rat race

I booked here for a surprise anniversary trip for my wife...

I booked here for a surprise anniversary trip for my wife and I. We had never been to Cambria before, so I had no idea about anything to do or places to go. After I booked the room I called the lodge to ask a few questions about this, they were very helpful in giving me suggestions for things to do and places to eat, etc. They also went out of their way to make sure I got a room with a great view and also arranged for a bottle of wine and roses to be in the room when we checked in as a surprise for my wife! The lodge was very tranquil and relaxing, providing for a much needed 'unplug' for a couple days. The room was huge and very clean. Definitely looking forward to figuring out another time to visit Cambria and this lodge!

Beautiful Inn in the heart of Cambria. We loved the feel of this place and the cosy interiors. Our room was as expected, basic but very comfortable with working air conditioning. The location was super for Cambria, just a short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. We went to Linn's for breakfast and it did not disappoint. Overall Cambria was a lovely place to stop on our PCH trip and I would recommend this place for a short stay in Cambia. It was about 5 minutes drive from moonstone beach, a fantastic beach to visit.

I stayed here because it seemed like the best fit for a family after reading all the reviews , and I made the right choice. Has plenty of open space to play games outdoors, a large wooden corral with turf, fireplaces a gazebo, games etc, . Across moonstone Beach, perfect for my 2 year old. After walking the boardwalk there's nice hotels with a view of the sea and beach, But I'd think 🤔 twice with a small child. I'll be staying at the oceanpoint ranch again.😁

The room was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was exceptional. We have a hybrid plug-in car they have chargers available to use at no charge. We liked the outside fire pits. We sat outside and watched the sun go down. It was a great price and my husband enjoyed his birthday present. We will definitely go back and recommend the Sea Otter to everyone who asks about a hotel in Cambria.

Amazing dog friendly hotel with great perks like the wine tasting and “light fare” (savory tarte, fish tacos, burger, poke bowl, etc) on their patio overlooking the ocean. All the food I ordered was great, all the staff was helpful and very friendly to my pup. The location is beautiful. The room (two doubles) was huge. Able to set up my pups crate and a pen with room to spare.

This quaint B&B was in central Cambria. A short stroll to restaurants and shops. The rooms were well equipped and the ensuite was across the hallway. Breakfast was included which was freshly prepared and tasty. Each evening there was a complimentary Happy hour with wine, dip and biscuits. They catered for gluten free too. Loved our stay and woukd do so again.

I had a room with side ocean view but it was just perfect, cozy fireplace, comfy bed, coffee and tea and mini fridge. The location of Little Sur Inn is just perfect. I had never been to Cambria and staying at Moonstone Beach was all that I hoped it would be: taking leisurely strolls on the boardwalk and beach, searching for sea glass and enjoying the sunsets.

It is across from moonstone beach and there’s a walking trail. Large corner room with a patio. Large frig and a microwave. 2 hot tubs. David (the manager) was helpful in trying to resolve a reservation issue. Restaurant next door. Close to the town of Cambria.

Staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, first hotel on the loop. The rooms were booked with empty rooms on both sides, obviously not possible when busy but nice for quietness this stay. Nice upstairs deck overlooking the beach.

It was nice, but most importantly, the boardwalk to Moonstone Beach is right across the street. That was a wonderful thing. If I were again in the area, I would most likely choose that hotel again
