This was a last minute need for a hotel room on a holiday weekend so my choices were limited. The staff was excellent with my evening check in and also with checking us out a day early. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. The a/c worked well. The breakfast room has two good waffle makers, cereal, milk, orange and apple juice, toast, coffee, and black tea. The hotel is old and there has been some updating but the age shows and the area is a bit rundown. Was clean. Room just needed window open n a small deodorizer. A few creepy people maybe because of great price. Pool n jacuzzi was clean. The table n chair area was clean. Cleaning lady always asked if we needed anything but never had sugar for coffee. Stay was great and near restaurants n stores. Quiet area. I would stay again.

Absolutely the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. Room was overly dirty, poop on the toilet seat, mold in the shower, shower head covered in dirt, towels covered is grim, mattresses had stains, and sheets had BLOOD Stains! Staff was horrible, no care to make an already upset guest happy and admitted that they knew the condition of the hotel was gross exact words were "this is why I travel with my own sheets and towels". He would not provide me with management name or provide me with his name and hotel number. The hotel lobby had broken furniture in it and a bunch of other items that were poor or horrible quality!!!

Cleanliness and value. Close to lots of attractions. bed not bad! No breakfast only coffee and tea since I don't drink either out of luck. Ate alot at In and Out. Bought breakfast foods for am. Stater Bro grocery store and Target close. lots of restaurants close.Birch

The front desk I think her name was Leilani, was an absolute sweetest and delight, greeting us with warm smiles and an unexpected room upgrade – talk about a sweet surprise! Our stay was top-notch, and the location? Perfect, right across from The Source, which was super convenient. We also got complimentary cookies and free parking. This hotel just gets it right. Can't wait to come back for another visit!

We arrived late the night of our check in so we appreciated being able to leave our breakfast order and hang it on our door and delivered the next morning. The large pool and splash pad were wonderful. Our little one really enjoyed it. The convenience of being able to purchase theme park tickets was also really helpful. Location of the hotel was amazing. It made it easy for us to walk to and from to the park and nearby shops.

I hate to say it but there's a lot of foreign nationals own and run motels, they're cheap, don't spend money to be clean and fix things properly. Wifi is easy to access and is a decent speed for casual web browsing and emailing. Rooms are clean and new towels were provided regularly (there is not otherwise frequent housekeeping post-COVID, which is fine by me). The hotel is also quite quiet and near several restaurants and a Starbucks.
