Somehow this this booking went through Booking.com.
Somehow this this booking went through Booking.com. The ad said we did not have to pay until we arrived at the motel. I went ahead & prepaid. I got sick with the stomach virus at 2:00 in the morning that we were suppose to check in. I called & told them we could not come & please refund $. Girl stated she did not have authority to do that & I needed to call back in the afternoon. I called back that afternoon & they said there was no documentation that I call that morning & would not refund our money. I do not understand why you will not refund my $ when I was not required to prepay to begin with. If I had not prepaid I would not be out over $200.00.

we are both smokers though had a no. smoking room which we DID NOT smoke in.we were observed going outside by the staff for cigarettes. upon departure we were denied our $50 deposit as they said they could smell smoke in our room which we obviously denied as we'd had not smoked in our room.the persons on duty who checked our room were both non-smokers. we tried to complain that we had not smoked n we're not believed.we will never stay in your hotel again n beware if ur a smoker wit bookin here

I left for 10 hours came back to just fitted sheets on my bed. No pillow cases, no top sheet, no blamket and no bed spread. This was 10:00 pm at night. The front desk tried to find what I needed. But still no blanket or bed spread.

There is actually not a ton to do/see IN Fayetteville.
There is actually not a ton to do/see IN Fayetteville. There is a nice town square with shops and a few restaurants. When we booked the stay I was under the impression "Dixon St." was full of shops and restaurants but actually, it's pretty much all bars and coffee shops full of UofA students. I think twenty-somethings would benefit from staying the night but honestly, we (being in the 50+ crowd) could have easily made it a day trip. That said, if you are into bike riding, there is a wonderful 37-mile trail that goes from Fayetteville to Bentonville. If you follow college ball, of course, there's the Razorbacks.

We enjoyed touring the historic districts, the Confederate and National Cemeteries, and Sequoyah Mountain overlook. The fall colors were beautiful. For the most part everyone was very friendly, except We noticed the drivers were rude and have no patience with anyone.
This is very beautiful, well-kept BnB, with cozy atmosphere, very friendly host, great furniture, with a view to forest and trees, as the temperature dropped, it was cold they had the fire place working. Very nice. The bedroom was excellent, but the shower room was elegant. Breakfast was set out every morning. This place is very charming, traveler friendly, and cozy. We would love to return and stay again. Thank you Robert and Eva!
The location, quirky decor and friendly staff made the stay worthwhile! loved the bar area. Drinks were great. We didn’t try the food though we saw other patrons eating and the food looked delicious! Rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Lighting was great for a hotel room. The little details were the most fun. Even the room keys were neat! We will absolutely stay here again!
It was last minute, cheap find. We needed something for the night and this was one of the cheaper hotels. It was clean and well kept. The room layout was perfect for what we needed. They had a vending machine with lots of options to choose from. The washer and dryer was also available and very convenient.
The sheets were dirty had hair all over them they smell the smoke the bathroom had no door handle and the toilet was disgusting along with the broken tile all over the bathroom the shower look like it hadn't been scrubbed in 6 months and there was drug paraphernalia on top of the towel rack
Great location and convenient to nearly everything in Fayetteville, house was nicely decorated and we quickly felt at home, and hosts were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the stay and loved the property! Definitely recommend.
I liked the check- in representative and that the hotel was off the freeway. The room size was good could've been cleaner. We weren't necessarily in room long enough to really get the over feel of the environment.
Ideal location. Very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. Coffee provided with both a Kuerig and coffee pot. Very nice! Really was a nice, spacious house to stay in.
Location was great. It was nice to have parking in such a busy area. Food was within walking distance. The Inn itself is very beautiful. The room is nice and comfortable.
