Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6. City of Glendale looked a little tired. I was able to find a Golden Corral for dinner, which was fine. Downtown was kind of quaint, but the residential areas had seen better days. Motel 6 was also a little tired. It reminded me of a fortress.

There wasn't anything for us to enjoy in the entertainment district and our sporting events weren't at the football or hockey stadiums. This was the most run down, nasty place I have ever stayed. It was noisy with trains going by frequently, people talking loudly in the hallway, and doors slamming often. My brother and I did not feel safe there; it appeared to have drug trafficking goin on. People knocked on our door several times that night, we did not dare to answer.
