Parga is a beautiful colorful small town.
Parga is a beautiful colorful small town. Staying there in this season (spring) was a very good choice. It was quiet and warm. It was very relaxing to walk the promenade by the sea and the narrow streets of the town. The many bars near the promenade gave the town a lot of liveliness, especially at dusk. Some of them were still preparing for the summer season, but this did not create any problems for us. The walk to the Venetian fortress on the hill to the right of the town revealed a stunning view of the town, the sea and the nearby islands. Prices in restaurants range from €13-35 per person, depending on your order. We had lunch at Zorbas restaurant, one of the many on the promenade, with a fantastic view of the sea. The cooking was excellent, especially the fish, which was fresh and very well cooked. We paid an average of €25/person

I loved Parga although it was hilly so not suitable for all. The shingle/ pebble beaches were beautiful, would recommend getting beach shoes to negotiate getting in and out of the sea. There were plenty of bars and restaurants serving delicious food. People are friendly.

We have been visiting Parga for many years now.
We have been visiting Parga for many years now. It isn't for everyone though. We don't mind walking but it can be difficult for the elderly or infirm. The beaches get very busy and this September busier than ever before. I wouldn't have thought ideal for families unless a pool on site, which there are several. If you want a rowdy night life I don't think you will get one. Can be expensive prices have risen quite a bit - 2 beach loungers 15 euro Negatives done with. We love it, restful, peaceful generally, welcoming, good food, good drink, genial hosts, safe day and night, beautiful weather, beautiful scenery. I can't find fault. The location is really beautiful and the beaches are also quite nice. But that’s all it is the customer service there is the worst. Locals believe that just because they do business there they should get paid without adding any value. We got 3 times food poisoning. The prices were ridiculous for low quality products and services. The fact that there are unlimited tourists in the area made the locals arrogant. One of the worst vacations ever

We hadn't booked breakfast but they offered it to us as complimentary on arrival for our 3 days. Our Villa was immaculate, we had a wonderful relaxing time here. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Bit of a challenging drive up the hill but absolutely worth it for the stunning views. We walked into town in the afternoon and were easily able to pick up a taxi back up the hill at the end of the evening. Would definitely return when we are next in Parga.

Very pleasant and very clean spacious room with pool view, all new and very well maintained. Quiet place, a short stroll away from the sandy beach. We stayed early July 2023 for six nights and we were very thankful that we have chosen Valtos beach over the noisy and always crowded nearby Parga. The area offers many opportunities for activities in the nature and archaeological and cultural visits.

The apartment is very confortable, it is cleaned every day and very well located in a quiet corner of Parga but only 10 minutes from the busy touristic part and the various beaches. The apartment is well equipped with everything you may need for your stay and Mrs. Nafsika had left some herbal teas, coffee, bread, water and ouso as a welcome gift. Whenever we go back to Parga, we will surely return to her hotel.
