There are several options to visit. The castle, the lake. So many opprtunities to ski sports, walk in the forests. Waterfall, beautiful lakes not only the Bled one. Wonderful, beautiful. But it was raining all the time, so we couldn´t see everything what we want. The small "island" on lake is perfect. Very recommended. And people are so friendly there....

Amazingly beautiful. So much to see. The boat trip was great. Walk up to castle was tough but so worth it. The blue color of the lake was breathtaking. One if the most beautiful places I have ever been to.

Fabulous apartment! Very clean and exactly as described. Would recommend as there is a grocery store across the road and not too far to the recommended pubs and dining. Great host meets you when you arrive plus the bonus of private parking. Thanks so much Cathy

Breakfast was amazing, they legit had everything to choose from, we were so full. It is a lovely family run place, the whole family were lovely and provided recommendations and directions when needed, they also helped my partner when he was sick with food poisoning from the Bled cake at lake bled, they gave us tea and fresh mint, they were so kind. they also had free bike hire! Bikes were available to hire and the hotel was a 15 minute ride into the centre of Bled and the lake, or 5 minutes in the car (there was also ample free parking). All in all, outstanding!

Our suite was very comfortable with a very nice sitting area and views over the gardens. It's possible to have complimentary use of the rowing boats on the lake. We had a short row, but it was a bit choppy when we were there. Overall, it was worth staying just to be in such a beautiful setting and a grand old building, but the service and extras fell below the standard you would expect for a hotel of this price.

I stayed in the very top room, a quirky attic room with slanted ceilings. It had a FABULOUS view of Lake Bled. I think I got that view for a good price since the room was oddly shaped and there was no elevator, but those things did not bother me. Easy walk to the boats that can take you to the church on the island. Lovely to wake up at sunrise and walk out the door and around the lake.

The advantage was the hotel parking lot and bicycle storage. The breakfasts at the hotel were absolutely excellent. We also tried the hotel restaurant and can only recommend it. From the point of view of the location of the hotel, it's perfect - with a view of the lake, the island and Bled Castle.
