Break fast very limited choice . I booked pool suite with pool view but was told it is not available. The suite was next to HVAC central unit with permanent noise. The corridor was sticky with bad smell. The bed was dirty. The mini bar was out ot service

I highly advise not bring anything valuable to Le Palace, Unfortunately I have been subject to theft. The hotel Maintenance deliberately turns off the air compressor regularly and leaves their residents soaking in their sweat. Breakfast is more like refugee food in the 19th century. Unless you have been stranded on a deserted island, living on grass, worms and sea weed , no normal human being could eat their food.SamehEgypt - 2.0Scored 2.0

Air con not working they never bothered to fixed it although we was promised 3 times. Toilet broken and shower leaking on to floor my little son had accident and got hurt we again promised another room but not fulfilled. My son was attacked by 2 bug wild dogs gladly did not get seriously hurt. The indoor pool was freezing cold. We had to check out few days early and lost our money worthAAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0

A/C was not working housekeeping is making up beds without cleaning the room room service no one answer and when answer most of the item on the menue is not available even hamburger !!!! unsuitable behaviour of some single guests at the pool some of my belongings stolen at the poolside

If you want to know how it feels when you are on the northern edge point of the African continent, then visit Gammarth and Le Palace Hotel in particular! Gammarth is an excellent tourist site of Tunis city in Tunisia, very easy to access and transportation to this place is readily available throughout the city. I was in the company of my family of four and only spent USD 20 to get to the hotel from the airport by taxi. As a family, we enjoyed swimming and strolling along the beautiful beach and also visiting the beautiful sites along the Mediterranean Sea.

Breakfast feels minimalistic but perfect, it has traditional Tunisian food on top of other varieties and everything tasted delicious. Massage was also top notch, thanks to Walid. Unlike other Hotels, this one cares about quality of everything that is offered. Highly recommended.
