We enjoyed everything in the suite. It was very well equipped with everything you would need. We stayed in suite 515 and very comfortable. The view was not much to see but it was comfortable. We were only there for one night, but if you are looking to stay longer. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook any meal you bring.

    This was my second time in Rouyn, and I was not disappointed...

    This was my second time in Rouyn, and I was not disappointed. It is a wonderfully friendly community and has everything you need for a good stay. One could drive through Rouyn and enjoy the country side, then wonder through the city to find great shops and restaurants. During both visits to this community, we have found the people extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend visiting there.

    I came for the FME festival and it was amazing!

    I came for the FME festival and it was amazing! I love the Cabaret de la dernière chance and Petit Theatre venues. Lots of restaurants around city centre, walking distance from most hotels. Nice Lake Osisko to walk around.

    Rouyn is a gem that is definitely worth to discover!

    Rouyn is a gem that is definitely worth to discover! People are nice and the city (and region) offers so much to discover. Yes, go in the summer, of course, enjoy the FME (Festival de musique émergente), one of Quebec's best and greatest event but also visit Rouyn in the Winter as it is such an incredible place. Brunch at St. Exupéry, local market on saturday, fabulous botanical gardens. Go explore it all!

    Apartment newly renovated, 2 x comfy double beds, bathroom, kitchen very clean, extra towels, kitchen utensils, TV, WIFI, A/C, everything you need to make a meal, contactless with management, after you book, you get text message with access code for main entrance, the same code is used for your room ( apartment). Proximity of amnesties, located in the heart of Rouyn Noranda. Parking is off site but, it's normal for a hotel located in downtown, better than using a paid parking.

    'Boutique' hotel providing excellent Customer Service. The front desk staff were all awesome! Everyone spoke English, were knowledgable, accommodating and engaging. Thank you for the all hours hot water, quick parking resolve, and most espsecially The Mullet talk. ;). The room was comfortable, spacious, and offered a great leather reading/working chair and side table. I liked the options with pillow thickness. Ample parking and good location.

    The street directly In front of hotel was blocked off we weren't aware till we arrived. The elevator was tiny and a rough ride. After one shower the shower curtain smelled horrendous and finally it said beverages ie drink machines i assume were available on second floor but we never found them

    I love this hotel, it's my home away from home in Rouyn. Staff is always incredible and easy to approach. Hotel is the best location in town - EVER - if you happen to be in town for the FME or, really, for any other event. It literally feel like a second home. Can't wait to visit again.

    Loved the updated boutique style of the hotel room, the very comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast and warm and friendly staff. There was site construction going on to improve the hotel, but it did not impact the stay and the service.

    The property was amazing, my family and I came from Timmins for a weekend of Skiing at Mont Kanasuta. It was my first time in Rouyn and it's a beautiful city, we will differently be back and booking the same accommodations.
