There were plenty of restaurants to choose from of various ethnicity's. There were lots of sights to see and the city was very clean. One issue, we found many pizza places do not offer sit down eating, they are carry out.

I want my card refunded immediately as I requested that I be allowed to visit my brother at the property with an extra person , I was never refused prior To my arrival and I had asked prior to my original nite then I reiterated that on the 2nd booking I would likely still he in need of that privilege and the management never responded negatively so I brought my brother over and we arrived at 0200am and that was fine but the management seen my guest enter with me and although I was never told at anytime I couldn't entertain my guest, and we weren't causing any problems or noise but my guest and I were kicked out around 0230am and a separate Tenant threatened to physically harm us and we had disagreed with management but we were still following there exit request so it was very traumatic and I want a full refund for NY $120 plus nite in the cold Richmond, BC STREETs!!!! Now please, No delay!!!

If you have a rental car, Richmond is convenient for proximity to airport and access to the highways to connect to nearby districts. Chinese restaurants which I visited did not disappoint. I had to take away at Kirin which do not welcome lone diners. They told me they were full because I didn’t have a reservation.
Whilst waiting for my takeaway order, they took in a party of 5 who had no reservations. They spoke in Chinese which I understood. Not a very nice restaurant but dim sum items were tasty.
BBQ master serves authentic HK style roast meats. I had chicken and duck with rice which was excellent.

It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The host showed me the short cut to the bus stop which is a big help. It's easy to navigate for public transportation . A head up for the future travellers when you check in you have to pay $50 deposit for the key, the host will return the deposit to you when you check out.

Richmond is in my opinion is a stop over point .
Richmond is in my opinion is a stop over point . We did have an ok meal @ the pub down the street. Since the restaurant @ the hotel was not operating, only found out about this and that the hotel was under a reno from 9am --6pm m-sat. From a Email AFTER booking.
The welcome and location of this accommodation was magnificent for us . Walking distance from the wonderful Minoru Park , Richmond Shopping centre and Skytrain Terminus to downtown Vancouver. Excellent Facilities throughout the house. Bedroom spacious with Large Clothes Storage and Bathroom. Full use of Kitchen, TV room and garden outdoor area. Co host Sharon was extremely helpful throughout our stay(four weeks). Would highly recommend as a place to stay when visiting VC, we look forward to booking again on our next visit.
The room was spacious. The chambermaid can do a little more by removing some web at the corners of wall-to-ceiling. The breakfast included was decent. Coffee were good though. There is a vancouver shopping area which is within walking distance from Abercorn Inn. The free shuttle is convenient for us when we arrive at the airport. Just need to use the free telephone (Airport Transfer telephone booth) at the shuttle service area to call your hotel so that can activate the driver.
My travel plans were thrown into disarray by cancellation of my BC ferry sailing and the front desk could not have been more helpful. They stored my bags and gave me good advice, all without impatience. The room was exceptional. Absolutely everything as one would hope for, but doesn't always get. Shuttle worked fine; driver polite and helpful. I've stayed at half a dozen YVR/Richmond hotels and this one stands head and shoulders above all the others.
I liked the price because airport hotels in Vancouver are ridiculously priced. I also don’t mind the concept of the pod hotel however I think it felt a bit more like a dorm room in a hostel than a proper pod hotel. In my mind it would be a secure private pod structure that opens, closes and locks. Dark etc. Instead there were curtains and people with their lights on or talking on mobile phones affected my privacy and sleeping experience.
The hotel is situated close to the airport in the area of Richmond. The hotel has a free shuttle bus running every half hour betn the airport and hotel, which suited us perfectly.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
The beds were lovely and comfortable.
I strongly recommend the Asian restaurant across the road called The Fish Man, if you are a foodie and like spicy food. We had the most incredible meal and the atmosphere was brilliant.
It is such a beautiful home! I really like the layout of the home and everything is new and beautifully made! Jessica has been really nice, even bringing us to Richmond Centre! We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Vancouver! It has a good location also, with just a bus away to Richmond Centre and walking distance to several places.
Since this was our first visit to Vancouver, the key benefit we wanted (and was met), was a place close to the airport so we could have shuttle service.
We now realize that excellent train service (Canada Line) makes proximity to the airport no issue.
Walking distance to a good restaurant, The Story Cafe.
Clean and quiet enough.
Easy and clear instructions from host to find location and room.
An excellent room in the heart of Richmond, close to every prominent location in Vancouver and nearby attractions.
Great facilities including gym and swimming pool in the building. Grocery stores nearby.
Very friendly and approachable host.
Super comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast choice was great, and able to have as much as you like. Airport transfer is a bonus - just call the hotel from the courtesy phone at the airport to let them know you need picking up. Really quiet despite being near airport and by a main highway.
The location is unbeatable. Many good restaurants in walkable distance. Big supermarket and banks nearby in case you need some drink other than the hotel supplies or want to get some fresh fruits. It is also super close to big shopping malls in Richmond. Many parkin spots available.
We wanted to stay in Richmond area so the location is excellent, with 10 mins drive to all the shops and restaurants we would like to go. And the sky train takes us right into downtown Vancouver too. In addition, their pool has a water slide so fun for the kids.
Comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. If you are looking for somewhere within easy walking distance of Vancouver Airport arrivals after a long flight, be glad this place is so good. Breakfast was delicious.
It isn’t cheap (!) but we were glad of it.
The location, the free breakfast, the quiet hotel, the cleanliness, the parking availability and the easy access to and from the hotel. The price per night we got, via Booking.com, was reasonable compared to other hotels in Richmond
The hotel is super-convenient to the Vancouver airport, about a 10-15 minute drive via free hotel shuttle. Our room turned out to be a suite, with full kitchen - would probably be great for a longer stay in the Vancouver area.
Shuttle services were really good. The hotel itself is very neat and clean. The staffs are really hospitable and welcoming. Would like to stay more if I visit Vancouver again.
Friendly staff, okay breakfast (better than other hotels I've experienced in Canada, but far from the breakfasts in northern Europe), right by the train station.
Great location especially for families. Well kept hotel. Next to Richmond Ice center, movie theater, water park, laser tag, bowling and trampoline park.
