The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I booked a room with a walk in shower because my husband needs that due to his falling. We were there because my husband had early tests at Victoria Hospital. But we were put in a room with a bathtub which is dangerous for him to get in and out of. I brought it to the attention of the hotel but they had already given the room I'd booked to other people. The bathroom was very tiny and cramped in the room we were given and because it was in the lower level (basement) there was very bad phone reception.

I was scheduled to be there for two nights but checked out a day early. I was disappointed in the staff and also the condition of the hotel and the lack of cleanliness. I will never come back. I should have read the reviews and avoided this place. It’s was listed as a four star hotel. The on site restaurant was not even operational or looked operational. I had to leave site to buy my breakfast etc. Don’t ever stay at the Travelodge Wyndham Hotel in London

London has everything for entertaining and just having fun.
London has everything for entertaining and just having fun. There are many parks with equipment for playing. There are indoor playlands for children at reasonable prices. There are many options for activities for adults as well. The Kellogs Building has many fun activities from indoor golf to rope climbing and jumping mats. We went to markets and strawberry picking and golfing. Everything within 10-15 minutes away. The hospital is easily accessible. The restaurants in the east end of town were plentiful and the food was delicious. We were able to walk to two parks that were well equipped and beautifully maintained. So much to do you have to stay longer to take it all in. We found the people we encountered very friendly and courteous. Will definitely be making more visit not only to visit family but to enjoy the area.

Down town core was sadly taken over by homeless people which made everyone feel unsafe . Uber driver even advised not to walk anywhere as the homeless that are on drugs are attacking people . The security guards are heavily armed to protect the businesses

We were just coming in to bring our brother to the hospital for surgery. We found the Residence & Conference Centre on-line and made the reservation. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the accomodations and everything about the stay there. The only attraction we went to was a breakfast restaurant call Early Bird and we absolutely would recommend it for both the exceptional quality if the food and the unique aesthetics and atmosphere. London looms like a very clean and well laid out city and we are planning to return when we have more time to just enjoy the other attractions the city has to offer.

Lots of stuff to see and do in downtown London.
Lots of stuff to see and do in downtown London. We stayed at Hotel Metro for 3 days and had plenty to do on foot in the hotel radius, that we never took our car out. Eg: Parks by the river, splashpad, unique shops, arcade, board game café, huge comic book shop, record shop, museum, live theatre, nightclubs, daily street events / festivals, tons of gourmet restaurants competing for excellence against the culinary college, etc. And the local streetfolk are tame and evasive, adding color to the already eclectic downtown core. You may even catch a charming caravan of social activists protesting on foot.
Down down London is suffering from Covid and economic downturn but this hotel was right downtown easy walk to the central area - hotel was clean and modern - staff were exceptional - all would greet and all asked if they could do anything for you to improve the stay - room was modern , bed was excellent , and there was number of restaurants and bars in are for a late night supper - only surprise was parking fee but all in all this wasn’t a big issue- would definitely consider it on next stay in London
The location is great. I had to travel into the downtown core several times a day for work and the location of the hotel provided an easy commute. It is also close to shopping and amenities and the grounds of the property are beautiful and calm. The facilities were relatively clean and quiet. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to sit and eat lunch or do some work. I enjoyed the walking trails and the river. The signage is clear and it was easy to find the parking area for the hotel.
A totally delightful stay - memorable and happy. Every aspect was perfect, assistance from the staff, a warm feeling of being a valued guest, the happy vibe of other guests clearly enjoying their stay. Restful and energizing. Used both the spa and dining room and was equally impressed. Great location for walking and exploring London.Highly recommended.
The pool was great, as we used it a couple of times, we actually came to London to spend time at the beach, and thats what we did. air conditioning was a great bonus as ours was working great. Coffee was always appreciated in the morning, and a fridge and microwave was a great help too.
The breakfast which was included was excellent. Quality and large selection vs many other hotel offerings. Also, rooms were well equipped with modern style and furniture. Bed was very comfortable (semi-firm) and pillows were awesome.
The property is clean and perfect for whatever brings you to London! It’s very bright and offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with laundry. It is a small space but very well done and plenty of room for 2-4 people.
The hotel and staff are very polite and nice. Rare quality for Canada. I am very impressed from the Manager and Receptionist Jonatan. The only issue is with the underground parking. It is 32 CAD per night. This is enormous.
The room had a lot of character, it was excellent value, good blackout curtains, very comfortable. Good location for the East side of London, close enough to downtown, tons of big box shopping, fast foods, etc in the area.
Location was perfect for us. Close to a friend living in London.
Breakfast was great, especially omelets. Only issue was I love bacon very very crispy and this bacon was very soggy. So I ate everything else.
Much more safer now then before. Got a good room to stay. Working table was helpful for our work. Don't needed to worry about the food as the restaurant of the hotel served best delicious Indian dishes.
The location is very good for visitors, especially first time visitors to the city of London. Moving around was easy and lots of eateries around. Argyle shopping mall is within a walking distance.
This hotel is TRANSPHOBIC they wouldn’t let me check in telling me that my ID was fake when it wasn’t and when I asked if it was because I’m transgender they told me to leave the property.
The Hotel is downtown. There are many bars and restaurants around. Parking is very good, even if this in a garage of the center beside, but very easy.
Arne rooms are big and nice.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to 401 and nearby amenities like White Oaks Mall. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious.
