Charming city with parks, nice buildings, free concerts, festivals..... There is a city bus 3 times in each hour. In tourist office you can buy ticket for one week (very cheap!). Its easy to go from Prague by train. There is only one big supermarket and it's far from the center.

Marianske Lazne is a beautiful spa resort. Famous but still relatively quiet. I have visited the town in the summer season as well as in winter. Summer is gorgeous there. Kolonada is a must see. Our favorite spa town/city in Czechia and Slovakia. The architecture is very nice and mostly historical. There is trolleybus public transport (and buses too) and a lot of free springs to drink. It is surrounded by forests and while the city is not too much hilly, there are hills around for hiking and a lot of interesting spots to visit on foot or by bus or train or car. It is not big city, it is more kind of town, but it has a vibe of a small city.

Amazing city with interesting history and beautiful surroundings. Unforgettable combination of old spa architecture and nature. Healing water is just a bonus. I love this place not only because of singing fountain.:)

We even got a complimentary snack within our late evening arrival :) Everything was new and clean, studio had everything we needed, check in was provided with the code by e-mail and there was stocked all time snack bar on the reception. The breakfast was very good, especially the coffee that barrista prepared for you personally. We also liked the spa area - e booked the hotel only because of the spa. Although small, it is enough to spend some hours in the sauna and the small wimming pool. Our son loved the pool.
