Sopot is a green coastal town in northern Poland that will fascinate you with its beautiful parks, landscaped gardens, Art Nouveau houses and golden beaches. This famous holiday resort is home to the longest wooden pier in Europe and an old iconic lighthouse overlooking the city.
Providing cruises to the nearby cities of Gdansk and Gdynia, Sopot has long sandy beaches with lounge chairs and parasols. Thanks to its climate, the stunning architecture and relaxing spa facilities, it is considered to be one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Poland.
The pier is an ideal place for a nice walk to admire the Baltic fishing boats and the playful white seagulls. Known for the Sopot International Song Festival, it is also the right place to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities like sailing, windsurfing and skiing in Tri City Scenery Park during the winter months.
Situated on the main street of Monte Cassino, Crooked House is a strange building inspired by a children’s illustration. Another extraordinary attraction is Forest Opera, an open-air theatre in the middle of a lush forest.

Perfect option: - value for money - outside busy summer months !! Just most hospitable , relaxed and high quality stay, whilst one is addressing other reasons for a short break in Poland- other than “the beach holiday “ ?! ..

This is a beautiful area of North Poland - Sopot is squeezed between the hills and the sea, so road access is challenging. But, once there, it is a charming city: historically a spa area, now a coveted place for relaxation for locals and foreigners.

Sopot town is absolutely the best choice when planning holidy in Tri-City area. The spa town atmosphere gives it special vibes. From Sopot you can easily walk along the beach to Gdynia (Orlowo beach). From the pier (molo) there are daily cruises to Hel (must-see), to Gdansk (must-see) and touristic cruises around the coast. Moving around the Tri-City by train is also simple, the train goes every 15-20 minutes. Sopot offers lots of restaurants, bars and sweet shops, all places provide great quality and great service. Next time I definitely want to rent a bike for the whole day and explore the area towards Oliwa valley as the trails are well developed. Simply a place that you fall in love with!

Very busy main street at night time.
Many restaurants with good food and friendly, englishspeaking staff.
Do not miss the Project cafe, for cakes and drinks
If the weather is not too hot: nice walk to the archeological museum. Outdoor exhibition. Friendly staff showing weapons and way of life in Sopot in the Middle ages.

I have not been to Sopot in many years as I have lived n the US for along time, but the visit was worthwhile. I was there during the long May holiday, so it was abit crowded, but managable. The weather was brisk but sunny for the whole duration of my stay.
I ate a couple of times at teh Seafood Station next to teh train station. The seafood there is oustanding, pricey but worth the money.
The accommodation corresponded to the photos. No luxury like in 5* hotels, but for sleeping and spending time during ugly days or evenings, it could be managed. I give a big plus to the fact that it is really a few minutes walk from the beach and it is in an area where you can ride Bolt scooters. I also rate the contactless collection and delivery of keys as a big plus. You can find everything according to the instructions from the accommodation provider.
Maria the Receptionist was a friendly, and very helpful person. Excellent in
explaining the parking situation and how to use the keys for the rooms. When I was checking out she offered to carry my bags to the car, which was lovely 😍🌹 I must admit, because in Poland, in small hotels like that NO one will ever do that and She did!
Overall the reception staff were very friendly and kind always greeting with a smile 😊😁
Very good location though.
Great apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood in Sopot, minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars with street parking available. Spacious with a lot of sunlight during the day. Large, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, flat-screen TV with my favorite sport channels, kitchen with sea view, equipped with Nespresso coffee maker. Rainshower in the bathroom. And the balcony to enjoy the sunset.
Excellent location , we were lucky to have a room with a view on the beach. 15min walk or bit longer along the beach to Sopot molo and city centre with lots of restaurants pubs shops etc.Lots of lovely eateries along the way overlooking beach. Family friendly with a small kitchenette in the room ( no microwave but there was one along the hall for all guests to share if needed ).
The hotel was exactly as shown in the pictures, since we visited during the winter, it was deserted and quite. The staff were great, and the sauna / pool was a nice place to spend the evening after a cold walk. The breakfast was good and up to expectations. Also, we were upgraded from a garden view to sea view room, which was awesome....Thank you.
The Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The location great. The building charming. Great for a morning job along the beach and we also used the sports machines in the outside sport area next to the hotel, that was great. Easy to walk into town and close to lots of places to eat.
I liked the location of hotel, it was nearly to the beach and its really nice to make any sport activities there. A very cozy hotel. Room tasteful and very elegant. Very nice service. Cleanliness at the highest level. You can easily visit the pier in Sopot during the afternoon walk.
The restaurant (Mexican) is just on the ground floor so you can simply go downstairs and you're just there. Not many places had something like that (maybe besides hotels) and one apart-hotel which was way further from the beach than Neon Apartments. Cosy, clean and affordable.
I really enjoyed the lobby of the hotel and the friendly stuff. There were no issues with payment or getting the key to the room and communications were clear. It is a bit far from the beach but I chose a hotel specifically closer to train station for my needs.
I much enjoyed my 3-day stint at the Eureka Hotel. It's one block away from the long sandy beach, so: close enough yet distant enough to avoid the music, rowdiness, etc. Facilities were just excellent. Breakfast choices are very good (Perhaps add almond milk?)
We liked everything with this hotel. The room/apartment was great, the pool/spa area is super nice. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. That you can borrow electric cars is an extra very nice bonus. We can truly recommend this place.
Small cozy room in a compact size hotel. Ultra kind staff, great bed, fantastic breakfasts options (cold buffet plus warm dishes), free parking and couple of minutes walk distance from Sopot main bulevard and its attractions.
We’ll presented clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast excellent. Private beach with beds and towels. Great location - easy walk to bars and restaurants and the pier. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
+ perfect location next to the beach, you can walk from the train station to the hotel, bus stop nearby, many restaurants around the corner
+ one hair dryer per floor - good idea to share such things/ ecology minded
Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious with home made breads. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
By far the best hotel in Sopot at the moment. Sparkling clean and new, staff going all beyond to make you feel special. Pool and spa facilities fantastic.
