It was perfectly situated north of Madrid to walk 15 minutes to the Metro for the city. The receptionist explained the route which was easy to follow. The hotel had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We parked safely on the road.

Lots of space and finished to a high standard throughout. Soundproofing was good and didn't hear the neighbours at all. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower and 3 TVs downstairs. Well equipped kitchen although I couldn't find the non recyclable bin so took our rubbish with us. Washing machine and rumble dryer were very handy as we were needing to wash the few clothes we'd brought. Extra towels and extra blankets for the cold months. We went at the end of October when it was cold and although it did have heating, we were unable to turn it up, so we just used extra blankets. The garage beneath the duplex was very secure. There is an Italian restaurant within a short walking distance that cooks lovely meals.

Good value for money, check in was simple. Key was in box. Blinds on the windows were good, complete darkness when we needed. Washing machine and kitchen was nice. There were 2 inverters in the room, so very good to keep the room temperature to one's liking
